    A little difficult programming with a cell phone but pretty easy with a laptop. Easy to use and operate once programmed.

    Harmony app made setup a breeze having a previous remote. Buttons and button layout are better than the harmony one ultimate it replaced. Overall very satisfied.

    I used to have 3 remotes for my entertainment system. Consolidating to 1 is awesome. Being able to set a home channel as well as favorites is a nice thing as well.

    Now that my devices are loaded, I hardly use the remote anymore. I have it paired with Amazon Alexa and I can do what I need with voice commands. Pretty cool.

    This remote is very complicated and hard to use, as I am 70 years old and I am not up to speed with the latest computers/ systems and how they all interact. My wife and are getting by, but we have struggled with it. We only use it for the TV and do not have it working with anything else.
