this is a great remote. User friendly and simple vs the last one I had installed for my theater room.

Easy to setup and easy to use for multiple devices

I picked up the Elite remote on Black Friday for $250. Touch screen controls, application to program. It could not get better than this.

Works great. Wasn't sure about cost, but since everybody in my house can use it (instead of 8 remotes before), it was worth it.

Not what I expected for price and word of mouth reviews. Works OK but not without glitches. App is useless. Often need other original MFG remotes to make changes to sound/EQ/options. But, makes watching TV or listening to music fairly easy for family users. Just don't expect a perfect remote for the $ that does it all. Yeah, I know, if I wanted to scroll through allot of screens I could in theory do most of what the mfg remotes do, but it's much easier to hit the single button on a mfg remote than scroll through up to 10 pages of features on the tiny touchscreen. Real value is far less than the $250 or so they charge for this. Recommending only for basic user functions for those who feel a full featured HTX is too complicated. For example, my wife and kids love it. As for me, I do use it to turn everything on. But if you like to tweak settings to adjust sound or TV due to variations in recordings, keep your mfg remotes on the coffee table. Or spend 4x the time doing that on this remote.

Works great and has tons of customization options. Controls my Apple TV 4K and NVIDIA Shield perfectly.

This remote was easy to set up, works with Alexa and is very user friendly. It is the easiest Harmony remote to use I have purchased. Highly recommended.

Was able to replace all six of my remotes with this one device. Super simple to setup and use. Took about a half hour to get everything setup and running.
