    My dog ate my original Harmony remote, and I needed to replace it. They brought this out of the store for curbside sale. I did not reaize a less complex unit was avaiable. I have tried installing it several times and am still waiting for geeksquad to be able to make house calls.

    Seems like a great product based upon what it's supposed to. It doesn't have enough compatibility to connect the various stuff I have to reduce the number of remotes to make this worth the price. Couldn't connect the ceiling fan, sub woofer, and additional items.
