I wanted to eliminate multiple remotes, while this product does that I have a few complaints. It's not easy to program and doesn't always work well. It's also expensive and you can't add another remote with a touchscreen without buying another hub. I wish there were better options, however the Savant remote does not support a antennae.

Had Ultimate version before upgrading to this remote. Its simply a much better experience than the Ultimate. Highly recommend this remote for anyone.

Really easy to use. Takes a bit if time to set up and very $$$ for what it is and does. Wouldn't buy again though. Touch screen can be finicky and not register when inputting channel numbers at times which is very annoying.

This is my second Harmony Elite. I have one in my living room setup and this one is for my bedroom setup. Best Harmony remote ever made, period.

This is supposed to be easy The first one was defective and they came back to install a new one the following week We still do not have an instruction manual which would make things a bit easier.There are times we have to turn off the device to get the APPLE TV to work.
