    We do love it, but we aren't exactly happy with setting it up. Needed help and had issues at first. Works fine now.

    Love it. Very easy to use. Geek squad set it up. The only thing it doesn't do is a button for the DVR list.

    This eliminated 6 remotes, to 1. I also use my phone with Google assistant and ifttt to run activities via voice command.

    I his remote does everything and does it well. I rarely have any problems with it and when I do, they are easy to remedy.

    I was able to set up my remote in less than 10 minutes and controls all of my AV devices. Must buy for smart homes!

    Buttons are difficult to accurately push. Requires too many steps to turn off and on and switch from TV to streaming. Radio frequency, however, is the only way to go.

    Was able to combine all of our A/V devices onto the universal remote. Then interface Harmony hub to Echo for voice control...very cool!
