Very easy to use. Lite weight, Great lighting on screen. The cost of this unit is a bit pricey. I have purchased other models from them but this by far is the best product.

I bought this remote as a replacement remote from a harmony one remote. This remote does everything I need it to do. Works great. Love the touch screen and that I can also use my cell phone as a remote through the harmony app. I would recommend.

We upgraded from an older model Harmony remote to the Harmony Elite. There was definitely a learning curve on this one. However, we typically use the Harmony app on our iPhones and iPads rather than the remote itself, and the app works very well.

I have loved and installed hundreds of harmony remotes. The Elite is the best product they have ever produced! I will start on why this might not want to install yourself. Followed by improvements over recent models. 1) IR blasters. If you have IR equipment all over the place the blasters may drive you nuts. The blasters do not adhere to the equipment. They just sit in front of it. If the blaster gets notched off a shelf or blocked the remote will not work right. The remote does a lot of control using IP communication so that helps a lot. You can purchase adapters to go from 3/32" to standard 1/8" eyes. No problem using 1/8" mono y splitters to use more eyes. I think I have needed to do 8 eyes or more. I have rarely had an issue when eyes were used instead of IR blasters. 2) you need rock solid wifi! If your wifi network isn't reliable your remote will not be. 3) frequent updates. This is the first Harmony I have worked with that did not require a computer at any point. The previous model Harmony Ultimate Home needed a computer for firmware updates. The elite has already had a few updates even though it is just a week or two out in the world. Harmony remotes and hubs often require a reboot to work right after updating. The elite has been the same so far. No biggy, just reboot the hub and remote if something is not working right.

This redesigned remote is much better then its predecessor Ultimate Home. It is pretty expensive, but if you wait for BestBuy next promotion similar to what they had before ($100 gift card) the price would be comparable to the old Ultimate Home.

This product is an excellent addition to my home automation, which is a work in process. A bit expensive, but quality and functionality convinced me it was worth the investment. A bit of a learning curve, but overall was fairly easy to set up.

This being one of the most expensive all-in-one-remotes out there, I expected more. On the plus side, it can control my Lutron lighting, projector, AVR, blu-ray player and satellite DVR; but it is inconsistent and does not work as advertised for the playstation 4. Everyone knows that you have to turn on the PS4 with the game controller first before this remote will take over, but even after that, this remote only controls the direction buttons, enter and the PS button. I cannot fast forward or rewind while watching movies on the PS4. Sometimes while trying to adjust lighting, I have to press the button mutliple times before it works. The LCD is not customizable enough - if I want to watch DirecTV, I have to scroll through the screen windows to get to the numbered buttons screen, when I think that should be the default. Everything is backlit and will light up when you pick it up which is nice. Also like the rechargeable stand. But overall, for this price - not worth it. Unfortunately I have to keep it because there are no better options with the button layout, backlit, lighting control and other functions that I need.

The programming interface might need some taking care off but overall is a best buy! It controls not only your AV bot other IoT devices. It is highly customizable and the app is a bonus especially when used with a tablet.

We built a new house and placed all components in a media cabinet. This control allows us to replace all the remotes and control the components without line of sight.

Let's be honest here. If all you have is a television and a small sound bar, then you DON'T need a remote as robust as this unit. However, if you have a dedicated surround sound package, television, UHD player, gaming packing, etc... Then you should be looking to invest in the Harmony Elite! One of the biggest features (especially for the tech challenged) is that you can program the remote to set your television, amp, and peripherals to specific settings depending on which device you want to use. Want to watch TV? It can power up your television set, change it to HDMI 1, turn on your amp and set the correct settings. Want to watch something on a fire stick? It can switch to another HDMI port, and change the amp settings. Play Xbox? It'll turn on the Xbox, change the amp settings and television. It can even be programmed to control smart lighting, so if you want to watch a movie in a cinema environment it can set up all your AV equipment for you, then dim your lights or close your blinds accordingly. Not only can it be done with the remote itself, but there is also a phone app that programs everything! Now granted, it is a bit spendy, but the ability to get rid of five or six remotes that clutter your coffee table and have one touch control settings over your AV equipment is almost priceless.

Set up is extremely easy, all you have to do is to download the app onto your cell phone and everything else is pretty much a breeze. This remote made my life so much easier and the easy functionality allows my wife to turn on TV herself!

This has been a great addition to our basement entertainment system. It links perfectly with Alexa and allows us to control more things than we need.

I was looking for a voice activated system for my television and home entertainment gear. This fit the bill nicely. The only thing that would have made it better was for it to work with SIRI. Easy setup and easy to use.

This thing controls it all! From my Nest to my lights, TV, BluRay, Receiver, cable box...it does it all! It even works behind closed doors thanks to the wireless hub and 2 included IR boasters. And it has an app for your iPhone or iPad!

This is the best remote we've ever owned. It controls every device in our current A/V configuration without the need to buy any additional products. Prior to this unit, we used a Harmony One remote but it required a separate add-on to control the PS3. This unit comes with a Harmony Hub and it does it all. Our current A/V configuration consists of a Vizio TV, a Vizio soundbar, an Apple TV, a DirecTV receiver, a Sony PS4, a 5 input HDMI switcher and a Microsoft xBox One S. Setup was pretty straight forward using the Harmony iPad app, although a little time consuming. Most components were quickly recognized by entering the manufacturer's name and the component name. A few components were a little trickier. You have to know which gen Apple TV you own. The Vizio soundbar is labeled as a Vizio AV receiver. And the HDMI switcher is called a HD Video Processing AV switch. Once you enter all of your devices, you create activities and identify which devices are used in each activity. Then, you're good to go. Things we like about this unit. First and foremost, you don't need to have the remote control that comes with the unit. The Harmony iPad or iPhone apps work great and they perform all of the necessary functions. In our home, one or the other is usually closer to us than the Harmony remote. Also, the Harmony app quickly recognizes which activity is running when you switch to it on the iDevice and brings up the necessary controls. Because of the Harmony Hub, you don't need line of sight to be able to control a device and you can put the devices in a cabinet with closed doors. The included Harmony remote works very well although even after using it for two months we're still trying to get used to the key layout. The key layout doesn't match our previous remotes and I'm constantly pressing the wrong key to perform the paging function for our DirecTV receiver. In summary, this is the best remote we've owned and because of the special promotions from BestBuy and Logitech it was relatively inexpensive. The list price on the unit is $350 and we only paid $150 because of the promotions.

This remote is an awesome addition to the Logitech harmony line up. I have had every iteration of the Logitech RF remote and by far this is my favorite. Super easy to use and setup. Buy it you won't be disappointed.

I can control all of my devices, including my lights, with this remote. The touch screen is a nice feature. my only complaint is the battery life.

I like this remote because it is easy to program. I gave it 4 stars and not five because the touch screen is not as responsive as I would expect.

This is a fantastic remote. I took all my remotes (TV,Cable Box,Apple TV, Ruku Ultra, Blu-ray Player) and now have one remote that controls everything. It does take time if you really want to customize it, but worth it. I love the touch screen favorites for my channels. All the Hard buttons on the remote cover all the basics needed for TV, DVR, Program Guide, Volume, etc. This works great with Amazon Echo too. The Harmony skill integrates and I can turn my TV on and off, have it change channels, volume, etc without even touching remote. It even controls my Hue lights. It has 2 separate buttons for that or you can include it in an activity to auto turn on and off lights at any dimmer setting. The activities are the best because now when I pick when all the right components turn on and inputs switch automatically. The only things for improvement would be a stronger backlight on the keys and maybe a matte finish instead of gloss which shows fingerprints all the time. Also, there are really not great help guide for programming it, so I fumbled on a few things until I figured them out and got them to work. The Logitech forum was a huge help. Don't give up though it will work! Oh and of course the crazy price. Its overpriced for sure. I actually have the hub hidden in a piece of furniture and it points at the whole TV area, so no need to use the IR repeaters. The IR strength is excellent. The remote communicates by RF to the hub so no need to even point the remote at TV area.
