Extremely Frustrated. It Doesn't Work.

Remote does not simultaneously turn on my TV and surround system. I touch the Watch TV activity and the sound system comes on with TV audio, but the TV video never comes on. I use Help and Help does not correct the problem. Help asks over and over if the TV is on. I select No over and over and the TV remains off. Spent $50 for Geek Squad to come out, check and fix. System worked fine for a day or two, then the same problem came back. But this time Help worked and turned the TV on when only the surround system came on. But now, a week or so later, Help no longer works. I hate this fricking remote. Tonight I touched the Watch Smart TV activity and the TV came on. I then touched the Watch TV activity and I could then watch TV with surround sound. So, I guess I have a work around but I shouldn't have to find and use a work around with a $350 remote. I have used a light touch, medium touch, heavier touch, light taps, medium taps, harder taps to initiate the Watch TV activity. It doesn't make any difference. I'm at the point where I just want a fricking remote with buttons and buttons only. What am I supposed to do with this high tech touch screen bs remote that doesn't work the way it is supposed to? I cannot not recommend this remote enough. Don't buy it.

Solid universal control
