    Product might be okay, but I have yet to figure out how to make it stay connected. The hub is always red, had to have first one replaced for same problem, worked for about a month.

    I have had several Harmony remotes and they are OK. I keep getting them because they can handle more choices of devices. But there are still issues with them. They lock up once in awhile and you have to just sit and wait for it to recover or reboot.
