excellent device for home theater, works very smoothly.

I've upgraded to this remote from a Logitech One remote. These remotes are very easy to set up and it worked flawlessly for me.

Honestly I'm a little disappointed. I didn't realize that this remote would have to be in the same room to control devices for the most part. The hub can work with SOME things that are Internet connected but it is still very limited. I bought smartthings right after this, and have basically abandoned this to play with that

This remote is easy to use, this software that you download or the app on your phone makes it very useful

I had doubts about the lack of number buttons but this remote works great, works well all the time and is very easy to program.

I have had several Harmony remotes and they are OK. I keep getting them because they can handle more choices of devices. But there are still issues with them. They lock up once in awhile and you have to just sit and wait for it to recover or reboot.

Connected devise to my new tv and other components. Now it’s a one button punch to navigate to different components

One remote that operates all my audio and visual needs. Easy to use (which I can't say about my former universal remote!)
