    This remote has brought peace in a house of 6 remotes. Now the wife has no complaints.

    I love their stuff and wanted to go to the next level but unfortunately this product does not work with 5-G settings. I use a Velop system and the chaos it would create to go to 2.4 just isn’t worth it. With so many on 5-G you’d think that would be noted prominently on the product.

    This remote replaced another older Harmony remote. Remote was easy to set up like all Harmony remotes. It works great.

    Two weeks after we bought the product, we had problems with it. The Best Buy agent who came to our house to download it didn't fully do it properly. We had to call the product company and have them assist us with It. Took us over three hours to correct the problem. Anymore problems and will return it to Best Buy
