    Two weeks after we bought the product, we had problems with it. The Best Buy agent who came to our house to download it didn't fully do it properly. We had to call the product company and have them assist us with It. Took us over three hours to correct the problem. Anymore problems and will return it to Best Buy

    I don't understand how this is reviewed so well. This remote is one of the most frustrating pieces of technology I have ever used (right up there with Siri). It worked great for 4 months. Now, 80% of the time is works perfectly, but that other 20% of the time it gets totally out of wack. The TV or the receiver are on the wrong setting, then getting everything back on the right page with the remote is painful. At that point it's best to turn everything off and start over. In those cases, it would have been much faster to turn everything on individually. I live in a house of 4, and I'm the only one that uses the remote anymore. Would not recommend.
