    Easy to setup. Unfortunately does not work well with the Xfinity cable box. Very inconsistent. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it's extremely slow and sometimes will not work at all controlling channels or guide for Xfinity. Had to send it back.

    Bought this so I could use only one remote and love it. Only draw back is the touch is sensitive and easy to hit wrong button

    There is a return button on the remote, but it doesn't work. You have to use the virtual button. But be careful how you scroll to it, you might change the channel. And handle it like an egg rolled in grease. If your finger brushes near the window, you change the channel. Turn off the tv and put it in the cradle the wrong way, and wham, it turns back on. Lots of clutter on the screens. Way too sensitive. We had to upgrade to it because the buttons on the older version we have suddenly stopped working. It was less than 2 years old. What does that tell you?
