this remote replaced an older Logitech remote that i had worn out. the buttons are a little smaller and programming can be difficult, it was with the old remote as well.

Easy to use after a little time . I found it functioned faster then the tv could react . After slowing the remote speed down it was much more friendly .

Works as promised. Easy set up in less than 2 hours. Discovers all your Wi-Fi devices then sets up activities like watch tv or play xbox

This is my second remote from Harmony . The Elite is awesome . All my components are stored away in a closet . The RF signal is the only way to go . I have programed my cable box, receiver, Blu Ray and Wii with this remote.

Having numbers of Harmony remotes over my 78 years this is the best remote I have used. Samsung TV,,,,Samsung Bluray....Verizon Fios 1100 dvr...Yamaha receiver....Roku 4.......Fire stick.....controls each program flawlessly

This is our 3rd Harmony. We loved our original 1000 touch screen but things have come a long way. This model is so easy to set up. I did it on my iPad and had no issues. Using the ap instead of the remote is a real bonus.

This remote replaced 3 other remotes. We were hesitant to purchase, as we had purchased a new TV and this was an additional expense. It has proven to be well worth it. It is easy to use, very intuitive.

Excellent remote easy to use. Only issue I have is sometimes the touchscreen is too sensitive and can register when setting remote down.

A bit complicated to set up, probably because of the wide range of functionality. Not as satisfied with the remote as I was with the older Ultimate One.

This remote has worked perfectly from day one. It starts, stops and controls every part of our home theater (projector, receiver, cable box, DVD, CD) in unison. Makes controlling the whole theater easy.

I purchased a 65 inch Sony big screen, two receivers and more. Understandably instal was delayed fir months, When it was scheduled to be installed, It had to be rescheduled again at a later date, again due to the pandemic. In the end we got it installed and the TV is wonderful. One of the receivers is dedicated to ceilingsddd ceiling speakers all over one one level and out front and out back, a total of 10 speakers......all sounded wonderful and I was able to operate all music through the speakers. There was and still is an issue that needs to be resolved. Both of the receivers are of the same make and model therefore the Logitech-Harmony (Universal Remote) thinks there is only one receiver but both try to respond at the same time. Sooo, one gas to be returned for a new one. that can operate independently of the other. It will be resolved. Best Buy is doing all they can to get it right. By the way everything was purchased in December of 2019 and not installed until 7/3/2020

The Logitech Harmony Elite Universal remote is an amazing remote. It has so many options for customization, that you can program almost any tv or audio device you can think of. What I want to touch on, however, are the areas that need improvement. First, the battery. It takes forever to charge, and yet it seems to run low on charge after two days of moderate use. At first I thought it was a defective battery, but I purchased a second remote and experienced similar low battery life. My old Logitech Harmony One used to last almost a week on a charge with moderate. I think the reason for the fast discharge is the screen on the remote. Another issue I have is the software on the remote. It rarely shows correct charge. Sometime I'll charge the remote for hours and it will show the remote still at 40 to 50 percent. But after a few minutes of inactivity, it will change the amount of charge available on the device. Overall this is one of the best universal remotes you can currently get on the market. The interface is easy to program for, but it will take a little bit of time to do. The good thing is, however, is that it only needs to be programmed once. If you have the cash and a little bit of patience, I definetly recommend trying this remote.

This is my second Harmony. I bought this one after reading reviews and also got a $100 trade in. This is much improved over my older model. Set up was very easy and everything works all the time. My wife loves it too.

I got the first Harmony remote control that ever came out. As I have added to and upgraded my system, I have included a new Harmony remote control. It works beautifully, seamlessly, and I have never been disappointed.

Love that I can control multiple media products with one remote. Having a 9 year old that seems to lose every remote, this makes it so much easier to keep up with, especially with the charging base.

Great remote it was easy for me to get it set up and start using... The salesperson answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice. I have components behind cabinets and the remote works flawlessly....

When I upgraded my home theater system to include not only a TV and BluRay player, but also a stereo receiver and gaming system, I knew I needed more than just my TV remote to control it all. Given that I also had smart devices in my home, I decided to try using the Harmony Elite Remote. I had used a previous version of the remote and thought this would be a good upgrade. It did work, but I found it to be a bit too complicated when it came to set-up. I wanted to be able to program it from the remote and you have to use a computer-based app to do that. Once it was programmed, the remote worked as it should about 95% of the time. Sometimes it would turn on 2 of the 3 devices a program was supposed to control. I also had some issues with it being responsive. I would recommend this to others, but understand that it can be quirky if you are using it for complex programming.

I recently replaced my Harmony 600. It had gotten flaky in it's old age. I wanted a new Harmony. This will be the third Harmony that I have owned in the past 20 years. I was looking at the Harmony without the hub, the the sales rep talked me into the Harmony Elite w/ the hub. Man am I glad he did. With the hub and the android app loaded, half the time I don't even I don't even bother to use the remote. I just pick up my cell phone. I also like the fact that the link between the remote and the hub is RF, so I don't have to keep the remote pointed at my home theater equipment unit everything gets turned on and stabilized. My equipment sits in a cabinet behind mesh grilled doors. Getting the IR blisters setup so that they could see all of my equipment was a challenge at first but after playing around a little I got everything working correctly. I would have giving this system a "6" except the remote has locked up twice on my daughter in law, for no apparent reason. I am not sure if she did something to cause this, as it has never happened to me. Recover is very easy though, you just have to do a hard rest on the remote. Setup was a breeze as the LogiTech Harmony site just transferred the setup I had for my old Harmony to my new Harmony Elite.

This remote can be set for a real variety of equipment components for a complex A/V system. It takes some patience to set it up, but the effort is well worth it.

I brought this to use with my new Samsung TV, Sound bar and Alexa. It's not an easy setup but once it is set up it works great...
