    Very difficult to change channels. We bought this to replace another remote. It does not work as we would like. Sure wish the geek squad would help or else we may need to return this item

    This remote is very expensive and not worth the money. There is no voice control. When trying to pick different stations and activities it lags. When trying to type in searches it jumps all over the place. Now what I expected.

    This is a remote if you have 6 or more remotes. Overkill if you have two-three components. Plus apple and xfinity offer the same remotes and your new flat screen remote. I’m happy with the purchase, but I have yet to pick it up off the charger.

    This remote control is somewhat difficult to use. The main problem is the "smallness" of the buttons. A little larger model would solve this problem. Another problem is the quick stop button when wanting to stop or exit a recording.
