    These remotes replaced expensive RTI remotes which were inconsistent. Expensive to maintain and get serviced

    When it works correctly, this is a great remote. I think the problem is that Logitech puts the emphasis on the app, and the remote just syncs with the app. The setup can be tedious, and the functions do not always work.
