    One of the best universal remotes I've used, takes a while to set up but the elite remote makes it easier.

    When it works correctly, this is a great remote. I think the problem is that Logitech puts the emphasis on the app, and the remote just syncs with the app. The setup can be tedious, and the functions do not always work.

    I purchased this item about a year ago to replace a 5+ yo Logitech Universal remote control that was wearing out. My current model has been overly sensitive. The unit takes too much time to warm up. Often when I select a channel, not all the channel digits enter properly. Say, if I select channel 619, channel 61 will come up. I'd sometime have trouble toggling between my DVD unit and the TV. In other words, about half the time, the remote doesn't do what I want or expect to do. Thus I find it more difficult to use than individual remote control devices (those that only control one device).

    the remote works OK. It is difficult to hit buttons even after 5 months. It doesn't always turn the TV on when I turn it on so I have to use TV remote. However, it all I was me to do stuff I can't do without it.
