This is an excellent remote, easy to set up and does everything. It actually does way more than I need.

It took a little time setting up our many devices but it has been working out very well for us.

Upgraded from Harmony Ultimate. The Elite is significantly better in every way. Amazing remote control.

In late November 2019 we purchased the Harmony Hub and Remote (Hub), it also required the set-up purchase - which is another review in itself. Buyers beware of compatibility among your electronics and peripherals. In other words: Infra-red devices vs bluetooth devices. We were sold infrared devices (Hub) and there were only two choice of universal remotes at that time for infra-red: $$$ and $$$$. We were sold this device and said it would meet 'our needs". Then Covid hit and the first issue was programming and inability to reach the inputs the Hub was programmed for. A Geek Squad rep came to "re-program" in July. Two HDMI input sources were not able to be used after that "re-programming". Just two months later, the remote and charger failed. Best Buy was not reachable nor weren't scheduling home visits. In December we contacted the store and asked for service, we were told we would not be helped as we needed to purchase another "Total Tech Support". This lack of service and support reflects Best Buy's customer service. Certainly, we will look to other electronic retailers for our needs and purchases in the future. We believe that due to the pandemic AND the faulty coordination of Best Buy's programming and support for the HUB we were denied a full year's warranty on this device. We would never have purchased had we known 1) that the Hub was only one of two on the market AND it only supports infra-red devices PLUS 2) Best Buy would not extend warranty period of items that would have been supported had it not been for the Pandemic. Best Buy should extend their Total Tech Support and warranty services for those purchases and support that fell within that period.

Works great . Programming is easy , controls all devices seamlessly

Does the job. Some items sync quickly and easily others say they are synced when in fact they don't work at all. Remote needs IR blasters to work for items behind walls or in cabinets. Biggest disappointment is that you need more than one remote/hub to work multiple tv's and other products spread throughout the house. This is not a one remote to control all products in my house device. This is a control all products within my one room device. To me that is a big difference which needs to be spelled out better. The cost for this product and limited use is the reason why I gave it 2 stars.

My son loves this remote. He likes everything about this. He never loses it either

if you have equipment in cabinets with doors this is the way to go. wife will be happy easy to use
