This is quite expensive, unless you have several smart devices at home. It is not worth it but if you do. It definitely is

Excellent, glad I purchased it; however, the buttons are VERY sensitive and easy to hit and get an unwanted response. Need to be careful when selecting functions, but a fantastic display and capabilities.

I've been into smart remotes since I had that giant Sony Remote Commander decades ago. There is no other remote quite like the Harmony series of remotes. I've also had the Keyboard/Hub combo and the fist Home Hub system they released. With each of those, I liked them and they did suit the need well, but they lacked a good physical remote in the hand. I don't mind using my phone or tablet to control the stereo, but it is more convenient and easy to navigate by touch with this remote. The pics in the description are not very clear, but you do get a hub and the great remote in the box. You can use the remote or your smart phone/tablet (iOS or Android). Being part of their smart hub series, this has all the cool integration you'd want. It will tie in with Amazon Alexa, Sonos, Lutron lights, Smartthings, and has an IFTTT channel. There's more, but that's what I'm using it for. This is on top of all the other standard home theater stuff you'd expect. I would like to be able to create a "template" for new activities, as I like to put some features like light controls or surround sound presets at the ready. Instead, I have to re-do those custom settings for each activity I make. The other down side is the high cost. This is a great setup, but it costs more than a few Rokus and as much as a Next-gen gaming console. If Logitech could make this more affordable, they'd have an even larger number of users. I install smart homes and home theater for a living, and if I didn't recommend these, customers would stay away because they'd rather fiddle with 3 remotes than pay $300 for another one. Bottom line: if you have the money and time to configure, this is the best. Otherwise, just get a good system down with what you've got.

Exceeds expectations in many ways. The harmony hub makes a huge difference with this remote. Upgraded from a Harmony 650 and, while that was a very good basic remote, I am happy I did.

Had the old Harmony One and this is 10x better. Love the additional favorites and the app was a great add to the already great harmony line of all in one remotes. Extremely pleased!!!

This is a wonderful control With the help of super customer service It controls my equipment easy.. It is very easy to use. I am still learning new features. Great software to set it up

The feel of it is quality for sure Wth it’s mat finish & it’s capability I’ve not even figured everything on it out yet but hands down wouldn’t have any other I’ve got the best made .

I have had a love hate relationship with the various Logitech hub based universal remotes for years. When they work they are awesome, but sometimes seem very temperamental to set up and keep working. Logitech does not seem to have much competition in this class of universal remote though so I keep coming back. Enter the Harmony Elite, I do love this remote . It seems very high quality with good (lighted) button placement and an ergonomic design that fits and feels good in the hand. I also have had fewer difficulties now that I switched from the PC based setup software to a smart phone app. So far so good The lcd screen and lighted buttons are nice but do place a heavy draw on the battery. You will want to always place the remote back in its charger base to avoid problems with low battery. It is rather expensive yes but if you can catch it on sale I feel like it is a worthwhile addition to any home entertainment setup with 3 or more components to control.

I had hoped to eliminate the need for my 5 remotes. This one helps, but I still need to use the remote for the tv if I am using the smart TV apps and I still need to use the Roku remote once I use that source. It can turn these things on for me, but it cannot control them. Also, it keeps switching back to the wrong inputs after starting out correctly - it will jump to TV instead of Cable and TV instead of Game. No idea why.

This remote is awesome. It controls everything with full functionality. From the tv to my receiver. My blu-Ray player and cable box all work flawlessly. It can even control light switches and outlets.

This was used to eliminate 6 remotes for cable, digital antenna, DVD, reciever, Roku , SiriusXM radio and even a jukebox control. The hardest thing was to make Roku functional. There are 6 Roku streaming sticks available and we had to try 4 different models to find one compatible with a new 4K TV. Everything works except the Roku, but it required the Harmony elite with the hub to make that happen. We have the 5th Geek Squad super agent coming out tonight to try to reprogram and correct this. Except for streaming stick connections, the Harmony elite works well, but the idea of eliminating all the sensors for separate devises doesn’t work and they have to be lined up perfectly on a sight line for the Harmony remote. You really can’t program it yourself. It is programmed through a computer , it is supposed to take 1/2 hour to program, but the Geek Squad agents have taken between 1 and 4 hours on 3 attempts so far, with one more appointment scheduled tonight to hopefully finally finish programming. Great when it works

This remote definitely lives up to the reviews. Takes a little time to program but once you do it works perfect for all tech levels. It is my wife’s favorite universal remote to date

I've owned the Harmony One since it was released and this is the first updated remote that has been worth upgrading from. While I miss the physical number buttons and separate forward, back and skip buttons, but there are enough updates that are worth the price. The ability to update settings through the app and/or the remote itself, or use an app (if the remote needs charging perhaps) as a remote, is a great update. Not having to use a computer to make small changes is a massive upgrade in itself. Setup was easy and took about 30 minutes to fully setup roughly 8 devices and their associated activities. It may take longer for others as I do have experience setting up a couple remotes. Another wonderful edition is the hub that controls the entire setup. I have a sound bar that is high enough that just blocks the IR signal to my Sony tv. The IR blasters have eliminated this issue and I can now point the remote at the ceiling and still turn it on. The Harmony One was line of site only. It caused enough line of site issues that this remote has solved everything (including my wife's frustration with the old remote). The only issue I had was I did not run the test with each new activity and the remote wasn't turning on devices properly. Once I ran the testing all issues were solved. This could be something that others could run into and be a negative experience. I would recommend this remote to anybody wanting to solve the issue of multiple remotes and wanting a fantastic remote to control everything. There can be some setup frustrations that take time to learn from but it's worth getting through them. Every setup is different and can take some fine tuning. Best remote I have used.

This remote replaced my 10 year old Logitech unit .Love the touch screen and the ergonomics of the device. This remote fully integrates all my a/v equipment with a single touch .

I'm very happy with this remote. The online setup was fairly easy and it is nice to reduce 5 remotes to one that works everything. This remote will make your life clutter free. Worth every penny.

It does basically what’s advertised, and it’s one of only a handful of products on the market that even attempt to cater to consumers attempting to automate their media center. So it gets three stars almost by default for being the only game in town, and a fourth star for at least delivering on its core promises. That being said, the interface is unintuitive and unbearably slow in its response times, the Alexa functionality feels like it’s in its Beta testing phase, and it’s severely limited in what it can handle beyond very basic control of mainstream devices. For me, a five star product should feel like something I couldn’t imagine easily improving, and I frequently find myself wondering how the developers didn’t envision some very obvious improvements. I’d recommend this to people looking to bring their media center under the control of one device, but the developers had better hope no serious competition enters the market - because it won’t be hard to improve upon the standard set here.

I have been using Harmony remotes for years, and I have not found any other remote that works as good or are as easy to program as the Harmony line of learning remote controls. Works flawlessly.

I don't believe I use nearly all the features and this remote exceeds my expectations. I did upgrade from a harmony one so the setup was familiar and therefore easy in my opinion. Great product.

again recommended as part of the system by the geeks. was prepared to not like it but it really works great. i think the key was having the geeks set it up. they really know what they are doing.

Upgraded my Harmony One to this and installed an Insteon Hub and accessories and the entire family loves it!!
