    This sounded like a great idea, replace the three remotes that we have to run the TV, the Bose and the Cable box, with one that could drive everything. Unfortunately, that was not to be and the unit was returned.

    I have used Harmony remotes in the past. I use the Harmony One, It is dying. It was a great remote, I am very familiar with how to program it. I ordered the Harmony Elite very quick delivery (Thanks BB!) However thats where the fun ends. This Elite is very difficult to program. I copied from the old remote. It will NOT work with my Xfinity Cable box XG1v4-A the 4K box. I ran the setup several times, used the app and the computer. No luck. The OnLine help.... Nope.... Very Disappointed with this. It is going back.
