    Priced okay on sale and features looked great. I am fairly tech savvy, but after 6 hours of trying, could not set up the remote. I have a media closet with the equipment inside, and TV on a wall. The hub would not sync. I read the instructions and tried to Google further guidance. I tried to get a Geek Squad appointment to program it but the link would not give me appointment times. So I mailed back the remote. Then had to wait over a week for credit after the product was received by Best Buy.
