There some features that work great. It will not work with Xfinity voice command. Also if you have dish. It does not work at all with the new remotes

it works but only a few of the programs remain but it does replace 3 remotes for watching TV with direct TV,tuner,and TV it used to control 2 tuners indoor and out door speakers and a help button if something did not turn on

Easy to use and works well with other apps and devices

I bought a Logtech 1100 for my mom years ago. She loves it, shows it to all her friends, etc., and it's about the only way she can navigate the confusion of multiple remotes. It finally gave up the ghost so I thought I would buy a new one. What a disappointment. First, some false advertising... "Compatible with Windows 7, 8 or 10 or Mac OS X 10.7 or later with an Intel® processor." No, it is most definitely not compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 or later. In fact as soon as you go to their website to download the Mac software they tell you it is a 32 bit app and won't work on the latest mac OS... which has been around for plenty of time for them to get with it. Second, the iOS app is really a pain to use with essentially no troubleshooting other than "move the hub." No way to step through the commands (TRACE), and the menus are not convenient to nagivage at all. What's worse the app crashed on me at least 3 times while trying to figure out why my activity wasn't working. The app also crashed twice while trying to update the hub. Third, very limited support for my LG WebOS TV. No network connectivity option at all. It had a preset input for the Netflix app, but that's it. Didn't even include out-of-the-box support for Amazon. I finally managed to kludge my way to getting Amazon to work but got hung up on Disney+. Fourth, one of the USB power supplies that comes in the box was nonfunctional. That took an extra 10 min or so to figure out, after I'd moved the TV stand to find a plug. For $300 I expect better. Back it goes.

Remote not able to be completely programmed by Geek Squad. Rationale for new Logitech purchase by Geek Squad was current remote was unable to be fixed. After new Logitech remote suffered limitations, a search on the internet for a new battery for the old Logitech remote produced a new battery for $9. Repair was completed in under 3 minutes. No reprogramming of the old Logitech remote was needed. Old remote works fine. I remain puzzled why a $349 new remote was needed. Fill in the blanks.

Like the remote and it is neat. Had to adjust the rf pods a few times to get a solid signal... however, with my pioneer receiver and my tv, all I have been needing is my Apple TV remote. It does it all...

The best control, period. If you really have a lot of remotes, buy this beast.
