    Quality product and great concept, but the process of connecting to TV and Cable was a bit complicated so they end up encouraging you to pay even more money to have Geek Squad come out to do it for you.

    Works as is should somewhat Very slow going to setup and controller lags alot when Sending commands but that's kind of a trade off to not having 10 remotes not able to do everything the oem remote do

    I can appreaciate all of the things that this remote is capable of but sometimes it’s a struggle for this thing to complete basic tasks without 10 minutes going by. It has a mind of its own at times
