    The remote works… it’s just clunky in terms of triggering the activities, having to touch the shortcuts multiple times before it works.

    I have owned all of the logitec harmony remotes. This top of the line unit was dissapointing for 2 reasons. 1. Not as copatible with Alexa as the companion remote. 2. Not compatible with belkin wemo devices.

    The older logitech harmony models were a bit smoother to use than this one. Plus this requires a hub and two hub-remotes to work properly. It's just ok.
