    I was very pleased initially (about a year ago) when I purchased this universal remote that coordinated with my stereo system, Blue-Ray player, TV and other components. It is easy to use and easy to understand. Fast forward to one year later and remote buttons are malfunctioning, making very frustrating to use. It almost feels like buttons are sticking. Very disappointing and I have read similar user complaints. Would recommend URC MX-900 remote control.

    Initially problems with operating the remote. All of the functions set up by Geek Squad are not working. Another visit by the Geek Squad is necessary.

    I find the app clunky and somewhat non intuitive. My set up is more complicated with components in a different floor which makes it more challenging. Not sure if worth the price really
