    Very clumsy setup and keep loosing WiFi with Roku slow to respond. Very costly for the capability. For the price it shd just work. Like just work!!

    way too complicated for most people. absolutely impossible to read symbols on the unit. for 359 I would expect a manual to help the owner to make and change settings

    Easy to program, Best Buy offered $100 to trade in my old Harmony.

    The good news is the hub and IR blinkers are the same as the older Harmony. The bad news: - The first instruction sheet said to plug in the battery; which requires a Phillips Head #0 (zero) screwdriver to unscrew. An unanticipated purchase - which was not needed as the battery was already plugged in. Regardless, the screwdriver(s - PH#0, PH#00) did not work; amazing what one can do with a 1/16" drill bit. - Downloading the Harmony app to my iPhone to configure the Smart Hub wasn't painful; but getting the iPhone and Smart Hub to recognise each other took days, and resulted in other devices (eg, Ring) getting disconnected from my wi-fi network. - For whatever reason, my iMac would not recognise that the Harmony Elite was connected, so I could not program the Harmony Elite. The Logitech website suggested that I disconnect the battery to try to establish connection. I disassembled the Harmony Elite, unplugged the battery, and connection (still) could not be established. At this point, the new Harmony Elite (control, hub and flashers) are banished to the basement.
