This remote is not user friendly. First you can not just navigate to a channel unless you went to the complicated process to set it up as one of your favorites. There are no numbers for changing channels. The instructions give you no clue as to what the various buttons are or can be used for. As a result it is hit and miss. And, don't hit the wrong button as you will have a difficult time navigating back to the position you wanted or was at.

We upgraded to this expensive remote and it works a bit better than the less expensive model but still does not work as well as I expected. I will be watching a program and want to switch to another station and it takes several tries to get either the number in correctly or for the programmed station to come on! It is so frustrating! Then the fast forward and reverse are just as bad to get the remote to stop where you want it.... Will someone just get me a remote that works the first time!!!

Easily control all components. Set it up anyway you want.

Not easy to set up We need to hire a professional who was trained to do the harmony pro. It took him a while to hook up harmony elite. Works fine now.

I’ve got a number of Harmony remotes and when one stopped working decided to upgrade to the big dog. Well..... For somethings it is good. Others it’s a pain. Primarily with FireTV. You have to pair with Bluetooth. But every couple of days it loses pairing and has to be repaired. Then a pain to pair. Not only that but you really can’t do much till it repairs. Have to find the FireTV remote to control FireTV through the repair process I am on the fence about returning. Not what I’d expect from this level of appliance.
