    I had a Pro remote prior to this one and it worked much better. With this remote I frequently have to press twice to get an action done.

    The product was not programmed correctly. As you know, we purchased the following: 1. Samsung Smart TV 2. Denon AVR S750H (to replace the Denon AVR-2106 receiver) 3. Sony Blue Ray Disc Player 4. Logitech Harmony Remote (to replace the older model) We told the salesman (Kevin) that we wanted to duplicate our existing two zone sound system (purchased from Best Buy) that included an external Sirius radio connected to the Aux port. The previous system worked very simply. It now takes us 7 clicks on the remote to hear Sirius in Zone 2. We now hear Sirius thru the wifi rather than the external device. It also times out after a period of time -- which doesn't work properly. The Geek Squad team of Shane and CJ seem to be at a loss as to how to make our system work in a User Friendly manner. We also think they overcharged us for service calls (they claimed that they didn't know that they had to set up a two zone system). CJ has tried to adjust the programming but it still doesn't work correctly. We are a long time Best Buy customer both at Danbury and 14th St store in NYC. We would like to resolve all issues as soon as possible.

    I paid to have Geek Squad to come to my home to install several things including the Harmony remote. The remote is just ok and within 3 weeks some functions are not longer working, i.e. it no longer will turn on the speakers and tv, I have to use the remote for the tv to turn it on. I've tried calling Geek Squad but those I speak with have no clue how to help me reprogram it. I'm not sure of my next step but I would not but this product again :(

    We previously had the Model 890. It was more ergonomic and much easier to use. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. The Elite's buttons are much too small. The use of the touch screen is not accurate and at least 50% of the time the tv will not go on or off unless you hold the remote at a very specific model. The only positive thing i can say about the product is that the battery life is so much better than the 890.
