I needed a remote to allow for me to control my electronics behind a wall, this remote gets the job done.

This is my 3rd Harmony remote and by far the easiest to setup and use! Price is a little steep but the quality and functionality work great for me! Would definitely purchase again.

Let me start off by saying this is really an EXCELLENT remote. I've had a number of programmable remotes over the years and this is by far the best! By FAR the easiest to program that I've ever owned! I use Apple computers and it worked seamlessly with them. My TV is the only thing visible in my home entertainment system. Everything else is located in a closet in a DIFFERENT ROOM and this remote STILL COMMUNICATED FINE with the "base" through 2 walls! Here are my only complaints, and they are minor... 1) When you're moving your thumb to touch the FF or RRW buttons It's too easy to accidentally touch the touch screen and activate something you didn't want. But some clever programming can help avoid any real difficulties (like locking the touch screen edit ability and rearranging where buttons are on the touchscreen during certain "activities") 2) The remote is a little slow in it's turning things on and off. So, if you have to point it at your device to turn it on or off (instead of having the "base station" doing the "IR blasting") then you have to make sure to keep the remote pointed in the right direction until it's done with it's sequence of turning things on and off. 3) The battery only holds a charge for a couple of days. But the cool charging stand looks good sitting out and is very convenient. That's it. Other than those 3 things (and I'm being really picky), this remote ROCKS! It's the best remote I've ever owned!

Great remote, everything works as intended once it is set up. The concept of a hub is great because it eliminates the need to point the remote at the devices, which sometimes could be a nuisance if a device was not turned on or off correctly. The initial setup was frustrating because the iOS app kept restarting the process after a few minutes. After a few unsuccessful attempts through the app, I decided to try setting it up through the computer with the My Harmony software. It installed a firmware update that solved the problems with the iOS app and allowed me to finish the setup that way. 4 stars because of the initial frustration.

I purchased the remote to replace a Harmony Ultimate and I must say I am totally happy with the new device. Love the button placement and no need for line of site. Great upgrade!!

software is good, you can edit and update easily, a step up from the previous model, buttons are all easier to reach

Overall a good product. Can be a little tricky to set up and some of the settings don’t seem to stick.

I loved my Harmony One. It was the best. Then Harmony introduced a series of remotes that just didn't get the job done. This remote restores their legacy as the leader in innovative remote control technology. I like it so much i purchased 2 more for my home, and purchased another for my parents. I was hesitant to use a remote that requires a hub. It didn't seem right to me. However, my new house had a closet for components, so i needed a solution with an IR blaster. Also, with today's technology, i have acquired a few items that use Blue Tooth, WiFi or RF for control. An IR-only remote doesn't get the job done. This remote is awesome. The remote communicates to the hub via WiFi, so line of site issues are gone. I love that it has a base that recharges the remote. It lasts about 2 weeks between charges, depending on how frequently you use it. The addition of touchscreen on the remote enabled customization that weren't available on earlier versions. I don't find the phone app worthwhile except for configuration. It's not really a negative, but i just find the Harmony remote better than the phone. I Highly Recommend this Remote!

I hate having 3-4 remotes on the couch. My wife got on me because she couldn’t figure how to turn on the tv. So, I bought the Harmony Elite. First, it did not recognize the tv during the network search, so I had to add it manually. Worked well for one day and the wouldn’t work the next. Re-programmed it and it worked until I tried to turn it on the next day. I was going to return it to BB, but decided to call the help line. Worked on it for almost two hours and we got disconnected. They eventually called back and it worked for another day and it stopped working again. I decided to call one more time and she finally did some kind of work around and it been working since. Unfortunately, I can’t enjoy all of the features as I can’t program favorites. Probably has something to do with Sony programming. Mostly happy now.

This is my third Logitech remote and it most likely won't be my last. Set up to control all of my entertainment devices along with my connected home items. Easy to set up and use.

The setup by the geek squad was painless and if you push the help button the device fixes the problem

We have several devices for multiple forms of media and the programming functions work for everything, and more, while still leaving it easy to use. Best remote we've ever had.

This is my 3rd Harmony, and first with the Hub. Programming was straight forward. Pros- integration with Nest and Home Automation. Programming thru mobile device. Cons - pricey.

once you get used to touch screen remote it's awesome the response is so much quicker as I no longer need a remote eye to control equipment behind a cabinet door

I have used several Logitech remotes and this one is no exception. Setup your account then either copy the remote settings from an old one or create a new one.

This is the answer to all your frustrations with having too many remotes. You can run all your devices Sonos, DVDs, TV, stereo all from this one remote and super easy to use.

Smartest way to control my TV and all of my devices. Just getting rid of the clutter of having to use multiple remotes makes TV watching even more relaxing.

Versitile and programmable for just about all your needs. Somewhat complex and sometimes confusing to program.
