    I purchased this as The Geek Squad was coming to my house and I would have them set it up. Everything went smooth while they were here, but when I went to use it several days later it didn't work and I have sent two emails trying to get someone to call me so I can have this situation corrected. I don't know how I can rate anything below as I'm not able to use the device. I did have an older model that worked well until it didn't work anymore.

    The one and only thing I love about this product is that it’s allowed me to turn my tv on and off using Alexa. Aside from that it’s nothing but a pain. I end up using my phone for everything (and not the harmony app), because if the remote doesn’t live on the charger, it’s almost ALWAYS dead when you need it. Def wouldn’t waste my money on this again.

    This remote is not as friendly as my old 900 Harmony Remote. The buttons are too close and too smooth, you can not find the right button. The screen is very dark.

    I brought this to replace the other Logitech i. The tech had a hard time adding this. It works when it wants too. I like it and I don’t. Defeats tne reason Shi I got it
