    Very difficult to program & had to pay an audio TV contractor to program. After over 10 hours of programing, it still has glitches.

    I wish it did NOT have the touch screen! My hubby and I fight over this thing, constantly!!! "I don't want it, you use it!" I'd rather use a bunch of remotes than to use this one that I cannot pick up without changing something and having to spend the next 5 minutes getting back to what I was trying to watch! And $300??? Really? I didn't want it to begin with. We waited too long to return it. We're stuck with it.

      Hello PerfectNot! Sorry to hear your Harmony Elite touch screen might be a little too responsive to you. There is a feature that might be helpful to you in that case, called Remote Lock. So at top left of your Elite Remote screen, tap the "Gear" icon, then choose settings, then "Remote", then "Remote Lock". At that point, your remote will be locked until you hold the Exit button, so you can touch the remote as much as you want, or accidentally, and nothing will happen until it gets unlocked. - Mathieu from Logitech
