    I had some initial issues with setting up the remote. There have also been some control issues I have not figured out yet. For example, every time I turn on the TV it changes to ABC.

    This product is difficult to set up and each time you change a setting in the remote is has to update the remote and also the smart hub which is a terribly slow process.

    generally works OK. The activities does not always work when changing from Amazon on HDMI 3 to Directtv on HDMI 1. Cannot program the Directv voice search buttom.

    I bought this remote in June 2016. This morning the touchscreen will not work. I have done everything, reboot, switch off etc. Nothing works. What a waste of my $350!

    Is ok the price is to high when you turn on tv and you turn on directv and u want to use volume u have to go back to the other device to change the volume
