It’s just okay.

Glitchy

Finally got it all connected and it didn’t feel fast enough or like it would save me much time. Plus the remote froze on me. I have an Apple TV, Sony tv, xfinity cable box, marantz CD player, lg Blu-ray player, Sonos amp, and PlayStation. The remote could find setup information for all my components, but controlling them was a chore. I returned it and have no regrets doing so.

great concept, shaky execution

Did not work for me

We let a Geek Squad tech talk us into this purchase: HUGE MISTAKE. Not only is it way overpriced at $349, it's an unreliable piece of crap! Less than a year into it the battery needs replacing. You need the tools of an atomic scientist to replace it. Geek squads at the store couldn't do it. Last resort, we have to work though the manufacturer's warranty process. Ironically, the only good news is that the piece of crap is < 1 year old! Here's the punch line: the produce has been discontinued. I guess customers aren't into buying prices of crap for $349 any more.

A bit complicated to program, otherwise OK

Disappointed

It was sold that it would work with the Amazon Alexa, and yes it does, however it works half the time. At times, I have to repeat the command 2 to 3 times to get the correct action done. I would guess that the next generation Elite will have these bugs worked out, however as far this one, I would suggest waiting. For me, it simply is not worth the money.

Hard to learn, slow on its' response and certainly is oversold by Best Buy employees. If I had a choice, I would not consider a purchse and would look for another way to solve my audio and video issues.

Cleaning up all the Tech items

We continually have to open the cabinet for all of the functions on the remote to work properly. I am very unsatisfied with the work performed.

It can connect to everything that is controlled over Wi-Fi as well as use the IR blaster to control devices that use IR remotes. The blaster needs to be in direct line-of-sight of the IR devices to communicate with them. On-screen function difficult to use

Touch Screen Disappointment

We really like the ability to create custom activities to turn on/off various devices from a single remote. However, the touch screen is of very low quality. It often takes numerous attempts to get a response when tapping the screen. Considering the poor touch screen and the steep price, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Logitech harmony elite needs work

The touch screen doesn’t always work and is not always responsive. Sometimes you have to hit a selection 2-3 times. ATT TV is not supported. You can enter most items but many go wrong. Expensive. Devices links to things like blinds and lights is cumbersome if it works right. Battery won’t last a week without a charge.
