    Doesn't seem to change the channel when we push the buttons. We charge it every night also. We will keep trying

    Remote works well most of the time, but I have to turn on cable box manually and I have to resync remote occasionally.

    It's good but not great. Lots a customization but there is bad input lag with many devices.

    This new harmony is harder to work with on changing from tv, to pandora or to fm music.

    I would of returned than kept it. Setup was a pain to get everything to work right. Now I have a Bose SoundTouch system Now if I turn the music on with my Bose app and than click the tv on later on than the Bose will turn off and than I will have to either turn it back on with the app or use the fix my issue button. Cool remote but I have already seen my self go back to using my 3 remotes for my system

    When the "technition" came to deliver & program this universal eemote, we realized it did not have voice control . . A feature that IS available with our XFINITY remote. Plus, he was not conversant in programming it. Best Buy sent a "technition" who normally installs appliances & mounts TVs.

    Trying to go from multiple remotes for every device to just one and have it wireless I thought this Logitech would be good. Save your money. you constantly have to recharge it, The commands do not match up properly to my direct TV remote. The channel selection screen does not always register the number I picked. At over $300 this was the worst purchase of my system

    I have been a long time user of Harmony remote products and as I am writing this I can only assume this is because I am a masochist and this is the last one I will ever waste my money on. Let me tell you about the power saving charging system, all you do is place it in the cradle, confirm it says it is charging and come home after a full day of work to see it hasn't charged at all. Neat feature Logitech didn't know they had and this is the third unit that does this which is the only reliable function of this paper weight. First one bricked completely, second one froze on a splash screen and this one just simply works about 50/50 and the battery life is garbage. The equipment that I use, Onkyo Atmos receiver, Sony 4k projector, Xbox, pioneer elite, really doesn't matter it performs perfectly awfully reliably. Never again, want insight into what Logitech has become? Let me save you the pain, drive a three inch framing nail through your temple and you will have a better experience.

    Nice idea having TV, Watch Movie & Watch Smart TV all in one but buttons are small & touch screen is sensitive

    This remote is great when it's working properly, but when you have to add or switch devices, it becomes extremely difficult to program the change. I've had to go back to default settings to re-program and it's still not working correctly (all devices do not turn on simultaneously). Maybe I need to pay to have the Geek Squad come, but for the $$$ paid for the remote, it should be more user friendly.

    Software is almost non existent along with instructions on programming the remote. SOOO many man hours were put into getting this to work. Led to believe that it would work everything in the media cabinet but it does NOT. He almost has it completely set up but definitely not worth $250. Referred to Google a lot along with You Tube to get it programmed.

    Logitech makes great remotes and great technology. The remote feels great to touch and works fairly well controlling your devices. But for the money the app that is included is terrible. It rarely works and neither the app or the controller can connect to as much of your smart house as you would think for the price.

    Geek Squad and 3d party Installer

    When I bought the Logitech Harmony Elite, I was told by the Best Buy employee, This was the universal remote I needed to control my TV, Yahamah Receiver,DVR, and blue ray player, with my cabinet doors shut. The 3d party installer came in and had to read the instruction book, got here around 9:00 and didn't leave until 12:30, and the the controller does NOT WORK unless I have the doors to my cabinet open. I was told I could close the doors, this was the only reason I bought this $500.00 controller! Also, he was suppose to mount a TV in my Bedroom, he didn't bring the mount???I also bought the Total Tech Support which was over $200 just because of the universal remote install and tv mounting. It was all a mess. Now my Harmony Controller does not work, even with the doors open. I was told Best Buy Geek Squad would call me to try to get my Controller working with the cabinet doors shut, within 3 days. This is the 4th day, and still no call! HELP!!!!!

    Spent a lot on the remote, when it works, it's fine. Problem is it either doesn't work or is extremely laggy the vast majority of the time. Knowing what i know now, I'd avoid this at all costs after months of use. It's not good. I've heard the issues are specific to this model (Logitech's most expensive). What a joke.

    We thought this would make it easier to control all of our devices and TV options, but everyone in our home hates it! It is impossible to type in numbers for channels (can never type 0), it is non-responsive to touch, not intuitive, etc. it was better to have the three or four separate remotes that worked well.
