    Unbelievable capabilities but very difficult to set up. The lack of a backlight is at times infuriating.

    This product is the worst investment ever. It started with the really annoying and confusing setup..it literally took me hours to finish and get all my devices running. But the problems started right after a couple of weeks. It’s choppy! The display moves really like a cheap phone with touch screen of very old models. The BATTERY!! Absolutely awful. I almost did nothing and the battery was empty after the day. Charging was a disaster too. It should be full but it shows 50% or less. After taking it out of the station and putting it back corrected the display. For a $300 remote, i really expected more. I wished overall better performance and longer battery life and much less software issues. I turned back to my old original remotes. The remote works only with yonomi app to get siri run on apple devices. Setting it up to turn off my tv was a hassle. Save your money!

    Returned. Did not need as my cable provided remote did what I needed.

    When it works, it's a nice remote. However in the three months that I have had a new system installed by Geek Squad, I had to make an appointment (waiting over a week) to have them reset the settings, and now tonight, I cannot get the remote to turn on the Sony TV. Very frustrating!

    The remote display Ui seems like it belongs in a 2005 flip phone. App is buggy and remote went into a lock mode out of nowhere. Functionality is there and works nicely when it’s not bugging out. No Siri and HomeKit support unless using 3rd Party apps. I will be returning these and waiting for an updated device Logitech

    This will not nor cannot turn on nor turn off the TVs I have returned it to Best Buy for a complete refund

    Bought this expecting it to integrate smoothly and intelligently with smart home technology, and I have found out this thing is smart if you like 2005 technology. I expect more for this product given the Alexa app can do way more integrations and control than this remote. I hope they figure out how to do more with it.

    I don’t know what they Have done. In an effort to make it easier for the uninformed they have made it worthless for someone that knows what they are doing. Programming this thing was nearly impossible. Too many restrictions and limitations. I went with the Amazon Fire Cube and it controls my TV perfectly.

    When holding volume/mute/chg channel is to low. Touch screen is very narrow and can hit wrong screen

    Disappointed with the touchscreen on this remote...for the money you would think it would work flawlessly...don’t waste money on the remote, just get the HUB and use you smartphone...it works great with your phone!!!!...also you won’t be able to program with an updated Apple laptop!!, very frustrating

    Suxxxxx! Almost threw it through the living room window. In my opinion it is over engineered. Poor design shape for a hand. Works intermittently. Way to touchy of screen. Easley can get settings all jacked up in the wrong hands, like a guest, children, gran parents etc. It's like you have to put it away when people come over. Over priced. I'm returning it.
