Not a very reliable remote

It doesn't turn my equipment on or shut it down Every time I use it. This model is suppose to go Through my wood cabinet and was not to be Pointed directly at my TV. It does not perform As intended. It does not hold a charge more than 4 days. Unfortunately, there was not much else I could purchase from your store.

Not worth the money

Each component's remote still is required for basic functions. Just added this remote to a cabinet full of remotes. The redundancy isn't worth the money.

Does not work well with a new Sony TV

Nice features but seems to lose settings

However, it has lost connectivity with several of my devices on several occasions and requires reconnecting / reconfiguring to get it working again which is annoying. i would probably look for another remote if I had to do it again.

No instructions left behind on what do to when it doesn't work right. It is really slow to respond. The battery has a very short life and you need to constantly plug it in to charge it. etc. etc...... Wait for the next generation!

Not so nice for our needs!

Would love to change out but kind of locked in unfortunately!!

Latest model not as good as predecessor

The remote is not nearly as user friendly, has too many steps involved for any single function/activity. The keyboard is a touch screen and not easy to access or see. I wish I could have replaced it with the same remote that stopped working. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
