    after Geek Squad installed the Harmony Elite, it was a short time when we started to use it and it must have changed some settings in the audio program. The sound sometimes works and sometimes does not. We need someone to schedule a service call to remedy the issue.

    This product is a piece of junk. It is defective. For example, sometimes when I put it in the charging station it changes to another activity or device. Also, it is way to sensitive. The hair on my arm touched it and it changed to another activity or device. I want to exchange it for the one that is not a touch screen but I can't get any service. I am told that the techs can't come to my house. The sound is screwed up. On direct TV it sounds like everything is in an echo chamber. It will not sync with the devices. The biggest problem is that I can't get any one to help me!

    Challenging to set up

    The harmony remote is a challenge to setup. It also is a challenge for larger houses where WiFi might have dead spots. I’m fairly proficient with technology like this, but this took far too much time and is very complicated to set up. I would return but it’s past Best Buy’s return policy.

    This was sold to me as a best-in-class solution. It has not been. Additionally, Best Buy associates have left me stranded on an island on how to "fix" the issues. No follow-ups, nothing.

    Garbage Software

    I had a Harmony remote several years ago and found it so clunky that I sold it. Figured I'd give you another chance with a new elite model. I'm extremely tech savvy. This software is abysmal. I cannot even set it up with the app. Login is unsuccessful due to a password issue. Password reset fails to send an email via the app or desktop. At this point, the remote is useless as I can't even login and can't reset my password. The software is beyond terrible. There are misspellings on the iphone. Misspellings? Bad grammer. Embarrassing for a company like this to release this garbage. Do they even do Q/A with their software? Looks like I'll be returning the remote to Bestbuy.

    Had this thing several weeks and still have find it a puzzle. No written instructions. Overly complicated layered menus. If we get to a point where the TV doesn't work we have to go through the entire troubleshooting process just to get the TV on again. Very frustrating.

    After 30 days, I'm not liking this remote. Many undefined functions and no manual. Too sensitive to the touch. In a darkened room, we often select the wrong button and it is difficult to correct without getting up and turning on the lights.

    Great when it’s firing on all cylinders. Sometimes it performs operation sometimes it doesn’t. What’s the point if you still have to have 10 remotes at your disposal to correct things? Very expensive. Not worth the money.

    Not as good as the Harmony One remote

    Replaced my Harmony One remote with the new Elite and found the buttons were very stiff and had to be pressed hard to make them function. The RF feature worked nice but constantly had trouble with the shut down command. More times than not TV was left on and I had to go through extra steps to turn it off. Could not adjust out through software. Finally gave up on it and bought an old refurbished Harmony One on line at Harmony Remote Repair (Great Service there) - very happy now! Don't know why Logitech went away from the great design they had with the Harmony One. Very sad decision.

    This remote has NEVER turned on our activities properly. Dispite checking the settings for each activity, the remote still doesn’t work properly and I have to open up settings and hit the HELP tab to get it to switch to the correct input on the receiver.
