    Works for now, but Logitech discontinued all Harmony remotes one month after purchase. Pretty expensive remote for not knowing how long it will continue to work.

    does not work very smooth. very easy to accidentally cause it to switch functions by touching it. does display numbers on first screen so you can change channels directly to the one you want.

    This was supposed to make the system easier to use. It does connect with (most of) the components, most of the time. However it does not always work. The app and the remote are not consistent.

    Couldn't really justify the price. Did not work with all of our home theatre items after site and store said they did. Dissapointed... not worth all that money.

    Had one in the past, worked really well. This one keeps losing the memory connection with cable box and surround sound. Wish takes time and makes u question why bother with it.

    terrible setup, slow or non functioning apps

    While I'm sitting here waiting once again for the Harmony app to load whatever it is I'm doing I thought I'd write a review. This product is a nice idea but is ultimately terrible. Purchased 2, 1 is having issues right out of the box (not charging and syncing reliably). The initial setup took an eternity and was not intuitive (there is not much about this system that is), had to force quit the app many times because of it getting stuck. Trying to add new Activities is resulting in stalls or errors (app "connecting to harmony servers" endlessly, desktop app shows no available activities to start with). Avoid.

    We returned this because we felt it was too expensive without resolving our issue of having to use multiple remotes.

    Not crazy about this, wasn't so smooth and then right after I got it they stopped support for the hub... I think they have brought it back or updated it but it has sat in the box since so was a waste for me.

    This was part of turnkey home theater package. Not as responsive as old home theater system control. Geek Squad installation. 4 second audio delay when switching Tv screens. Audio source Not in tv. . Control buttons tightly packed

    I guess as all-in-one remotes go this is alright. But, it constantly turns itself back on (one its own). Which is really irritating.

    It took 3 visits for the Geek Squad to finally get this so the TV set picture would come on consistently. While it may have added ability to consolidate remotes, in my opinion not worth the price.

    This Logitech Product Dose Not Work

    We have had trouble with Logitech New Harmony Elite remote controls since first hour/day of installation our house. This product is still not working properly as of this writing. We have had three different Geek Squad Technicians and returned/exchanged one new units to Best Buy. Our old 8 year old units worked out of the box 100% of the time. We have two Logitech systems currently in the house (1 upstairs and 1 down stairs) not working both connected to new top the line Sony TV and Sound bars. Help!!!!

    Expensive, non-intuitive, confusing, short battery life. Manufacturer soon to stop making remotes. Don’t know why BestBuy still pushes these.

    Too expensive, bad software

    The thing about this remote is that it costs several times more than the low end Logitech remotes, and yet their software and support is exactly the same. Spent weeks on the phone trying to get the dumb thing to work with my WiFi. Support staff was not trained well, and made a different excuse every time I called. Key features don't work without a live connection to the internet and the "Logitech Cloud". Management software for the PC/Mac is written in Silverlight, and regularly hangs and probably won't work right in 5-6 years (similar to their older Harmony One remote that use a Java management app).

    Really!!!!!! they don't support my 300 dollar remote with software for my new operating system on my mac... Now I'm limited to fixing my remote with your iOS software (Limited at best). I own lots of your products all with no support with the new Mac operating system. Stay away from companies that don't support upgrades and keep selling the product. Just to be clear its been over 6 months and still no support

    Cannot Meet Current Standards

    I was very shocked after purchasing this remote to find it is not compliant with HDMI 2.2 CEC. Customers who expect to use Smart TV's with Newer Receivers with Audio Return Channel, ARC, will find this remote is not compliant and causes random issues with changing Remote Activities. Logitech tried to convince me to turn-off this function on my receiver and add a cable for audio. Why would someone give up audio quality because Logitech has not kept up with current standards.

    We returned the remote. Touch screen to small. Too pricey for what it does. Had difficulty operating 2 same brand TVs in the same room. Not worth the price of admission.

    I bought this with 2 reasons in mind, I wanted to be able to control my PlayStation and for convenience of one remote over 4 ... It satisfied neither, the remote can't power on a PlayStation forcing me to get up, use a controller to turn it on, then I could use it but at that point it was counter productive to bother with the remote. And it was faster for me to use multiple remotes to turn what I needed on then fumble through this remotes terrible interface. Also this is not intuitive to setup and most people that aren't tech savvy will struggle to get this working in the first place.

    Sometimes the buttons work, sometimes not. Happens with all my devices. Only thing worse than the remote are the support reps, who are apparently trained to ignore everything you tell them and just keep asking the same questions repeatedly even after you've answered them four or five times. Never again will I buy a Logitech remote.

      Hi BaronMind, thank you for sharing your experience with the Harmony Elite remote. I'm sorry that the buttons on the remote have been working intermittently. You can clean the face of the remote with a slightly damn paper towel or baby wipe to clear some of the residue off the device that might be causing it to be sticky. I'm sorry that your experience with the support reps were less than desirable as well. I appreciate you sharing your experience.     I've had 3 Harmony Remotes and with our new TV and Audio equipment it was time to upgrade. I thought this would be ideal but it is buggy and not as user friendly as I thought. Might have to return it actually.
