Needs to have much better back lighting & remote should be larger. Everything is crammed together. Very hard to hit just one option without hitting something else by accident & IT"S TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!

DOESN'T WORK WITH A DUAL BAND (5GHz) Mesh Network

WARNING -If you have a mesh network (like the wonderful Orbi WIFI 6 that runs dual bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz) --this device will NOT connect to your WIFI network. If you are the average consumer, there is no easy workaround. If you are a computer geek, there are some not elegant workarounds posted on message boards. The Harmony Hub only connects to a 2.4GHz band.

Hello SHEEPDOGMAMA. Thank you for taking the time to review the Harmony Elite at Best Buy. I'm sorry to hear that the Elite isn't working for your needs in your home. The Hub only connects to the 2.4GHz band because most smart home devices work on that band. The 5GHz band is usually reserved for cellphones, computers, and other devices that require high speed. The 2.4GHz band isn't as fast, but stretches farther, which is why smart home (usually) sticks to that one. I'm sorry the Harmony Elite was not able to work in your home.

The good/bad news is that the numerical key pad isn't on the body of the remote. Got to swipe a few screens to find it. Remote will take a while to get used to. Problem with Sony TV connection.

    Does not connect all devices

Wanted to replace four different remotes for individual components (AM/FM receiver, Blu-Ray Player, Large format TV, Apple TV) with one universal remote. Problem was universal remote would not integrate function in order for the devices to work in concert, ie turn on TV then Blu-Ray player. One device would turn on, the other would then be turn off. Spent over an hour trying to get devices to connect and work as part of a comprehensive system. Returned universal remote for a refund.

Receiver was broke, Have received new one but no response from Peter at Woodlands store for installation. Have texted and tried to call multi message. Very disappointing considering I just bought 5 TVs and 2 receivers. Will look elsewhere if I don’t get a response.

Didn’t perform as seamless as promoted by the sales person. The remote works fine but I wouldn’t suggest it if your looking for smart home/device integration.

We had so much trouble with this remote we have actually stopped using it. I got so frustrated I finally just gave up on it. I thought it was just my lack of technological savvy, but in reading other reviews I think it may be the product. It never would work right and always seemed to have a different problem. All in all a big waste of money. I think Logitech tried to get too cute with this one and it didn't work out. Wish I would have returned it but I didn't.

The touch screen you have to use very slowly when typing out numbers so most of the time you'll type 1800 and it'll only know you typed 3 numbers

the remote is designed for the pre-fire TV remotes it is slow and sluggish if you are trying to use it in the streaming environment you have many other superior options. if you have a stereo receiver and vcr with a dvd player you want to combine ... it will accomplish what your trying to do... but it dose not function well with the fire cubes and streaming world. i would not recommend it in the streaming environment. it also falls in the category of how to frustrate a geek...

All in one control is fine, if you have fine digital touch and are careful. A slight movement will get you from one choice to other fast.

Does not work with PS5 which I use as my UHD 4K Bluray player. This is like the old Harmony 400 that's meant to convert IR to RF. This remote requires a hub which is ridiculous. This remote would be much better if it had IR, RF, & wifi integrated into the remote and ditch the hub. I still have to use multiple remotes. Please don't waste your money on this high priced garbage.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Harmony Elite. You can try to set up the PS5 as a PS4 in the Harmony Hub. This should allow you to use it via Bluetooth. The IR and RF blasters can be placed to where the remote will work with multiple devices.

Doesn't work with Yamaha, or learn remotes

After a couple hours trying to teach the Elite 10 buttons from my Yamaha remote, I finally gave up. Multiple crashes and resets, but it refused to learn all of the keys. ...it did get some of them, but it was random. Doesn't work with Yamaha. Teaching the remote is painstaking, and works inconsistently. If you need anything more complex than an average remote, this one will work for you. ...but, why spend $350 on something you don't need?
