    The Harmony Elite is very difficult to operate. It would be great if there was an operators manual with it.

    Complicated setup/had geek squad program remote for me. Remote rarely worked properly. Once remote lost sync with my tv, I decided to return the remote

    The installer programmed it correctly. Somehow it became unprogrammed and will not maintain settings to operate 3 devices needed to watch television.

    Overpriced. Not user friendly even though they try to make it so. Just my opinion. And the remote is a little quirky.

    This was recommended by Geek Squad installer. Couldn't be unhappier. Would be much better just to use multiple remotes--since I am constantly resetting this thing.

    Hard to enter numbers. Get two entered and channel changes rather than waiting foe third. Just don't like it. Layout of keys is terrible. Need two hands to operate.

    After hours of frustration and 2 calls to tech support I learned that Logitech remotes are not compatable with Samsung Anynet. The remote was returned.

    At this point I feel this remote is over priced and apparently unreliable. Have not been able to reach anyone at Geek Squad today.

    I'm disappointed in the follow up. I called Chris my installation technician to let him know the surround sound receiver keeps disconnecting. He said he'd come take a look. I called the Geek Squad to get another appointment. Haven't heard from anybody. So in summary I can't use it.

    Very expensive not worth the money. The build quality is extremely cheap feeling in your hand.

    Ended up returning due to limited functionality at the current price point. Much of Functionality was slow and not as described by manufacturer

    This is the most frustrating remote i have ever owned. It started working great but as soon as you make any small change it throws the entire remote out of whack. i've spent a week trying to get all my devices to work properly, sometime its does, most times it does not. do not recommend this remote for the price at all.

    The remote charging base failed after approx 3-4 mos. of use and the remote doesn't always work properly when turning tv on or off.

    Logitech turned my unit in to a useless device

    Harmony Hub FW 4.15.206 disabled a commonly used API used for home automation enthusiasts. I was using my Harmony Hub to automate various devices in my home. Doing this doesn't require any internet connection which was the reason in getting this device. I wouldn't be surprised if consumers decided to act through a class action lawsuit. Logitech needs to listen to the consumer, their actions have enraged their users.

    Its too small has a hair trigger always making a mistake and touching the wrong button. Should design something better for senior citizens.

    i HAD THIS PROGRAMMED BY THE GEEK SQUAD AND i cant use it because whatever i did to use it, i dont understand. and it will NOT work. Period!!!! I wish I could return it. the price was high and it cost 100.00 for the geek squad to program it and i still cannot use it I blame the geek squad , they dont like programming these universal remote and now i cannot use it.

    REmote is too small to offer so many options. I plan to ask Best Buy to replace with something larger in order to see the letters/numbers

    This remote only works half the time. It's way too much work. We don't like it at all. We called Ben at Geek Squad but he refuses to call us back.
