    Didn’t work 50% of the time. Worked great with Hue lighting but not reliable.

    The main control unit does not have dedicated channel up and down nor volume up and down keys. The soft keys require THREE touches to change a channel or the volume. I returned this one and purchased a $69.00 programmable remote that works wonderfully. Making it hard to do the simplest things is not a good idea.

    The screen is too sensitive. You have to be careful when picking it up.

    This remote is way too sensitive to touch. It is a pain to change channels, you have to hold them down and even then it goes to wrong channel. If you want for example Channel 118, you press 1 1 8 but it thinks you want 11 and you play this crazy game and miss 5 mins. of your show. It is not as good as the regular clickers that we've become used to.

    Set up is harder than it should be and when it does work you need to Download an update which is u possible as it has been stuck at 25 percent for the last two days. Until you do this you can not add anything. Safe your time and money as using several remotes is better than this overprice time can

    After warming up it refuses to move the channels and refuses to change from the program it is currently on, even when I hit the "go back" button. About the only button that works is the OFF button but when I turn it back on it reverts to the last spot that I had on instead of letting be go to Netflix or one of the other channels.

    We thought this would be the answer to having multiple remotes but now after using it for awhile wish we had not spent close to $300.00. Needs to be charged almost daily, still need to use Cable company remote as there is no option to add buttons needed to utilize unique cable company features and very touch sensitive. Also hard to clean .

    Very disappointed. Called and left messages twice with tech guy who was paid to sinc to our TV. Never returned my calls. Have been without TV for 2 days. Could only get an appointment 8 days from now to get it fixed. Almost $500 and no TV. I want the old remote back that he told me to throw away!!!

    This Remote is garbage, hardly ever works as setup. Very difficult time communicating with the hub. If you have a complex system, do not get this remote... it is unreliable

    I received this for Christmas. Was pretty excited to have an all in one remote. I was disappointed in what I felt was the complexity and setting it up. Maybe I just don’t have the patience, but this was not for me. I returned the remote today.

    Logitech-Harmony Elite remote control was, in my opinion, difficult to use. Extremely touch sensitive. Not user friendly nor intuitive.

    This new device is constantly causing trouble. It is ALWAYS trying to pair with the base and half the time does NOT do so and won't work. I keep my Harmony One charged and nearby and use it whenever the Elite doesn't work - which is all the time. I am going to return it to Best Buy the first chance I get.
