    We tried and tried and could not get this to synch with our Denon receiver and Samsung TV/Firestick. Very disappointed. It absolutely could be user error, but we worked on it for 1.5 hours.

    Absolutely zero reason to upgrade from a 760 ir hubless. Perhaps it's not 760 I have. Had.... I lost it in my room. Hence this pointless waste. And way too complicated / error prone while setting up.

    This remote is too hyper cumbersome, takes too long to navigate from one page to another and require a lot of thinking and does not simonize all the apps from Harmony app on the ihone

    Technology supposed be easier trying to connect this device The geek squad text said there was a default. After getting a replacement the process in which youHalf to go through to install and program remote is ridiculous

    Hate this remote

    Channels change on their own. When you push the programmed channels you had to push multiple times to get the actual channel. Our “in home” advisor suggest this remote. Very frustrated because we, of course, are stuck with it.

    Logitech removed access to local lan API functionality, breaking my home automation. I wish i culd give it zero stars.

    The remote has zero support. They want a computer that has obsolete software to update the remote. They say they have no alternative to update the software.

    I have been programming remotes for over 20 years. This is the worst one I have run across. I will admit I have a very complex theater and computer setup but I spent 2 weekends trying to make this work. In the end I returned it.

    Technician could not complete the job. Still awaiting call back from Geek Squad to schedule another visit after 4 weeks and several phone calls and long wait times in phone.

    Over priced and subpar. Really don’t like the time lag and vibration signature on buttons. I purchased 4 remotes and am sorry I did. Looking for better from Logitech!

    I have been using Harmony products for years. This was the “Best” one they had. It is not very intuitive. I have to constantly reset it. It keeps changing settings on me. Very disappointed with this product.

    A huge waste of money as I normally have to use the cable and tv remotes to turn everything on, vs. this product which is supposed to do that. Works most of the time for volume and about 60% / 40% to turn on Netflix on the first try.

    Very hard to use, Some numbers on the screen will not register even after repeated tries. Screen is too small. Not intuitive for multi device use. Would not recommend this device.

    Delivered but not set up

    Has been delivered, but Geek Squad has not set it up yet. Has been several months and can’t get anyone here. Remote may be great, but I don’t know yet.

    I did not like this remote. It’s a waste of money. Doesn’t control all my devices at once. Refuses to control my cable box no matter how many times I moved the sensors.

    Looks nice and slick. Set up process is difficult. No clear instruction on how to program the remote. HubWill update but will fault out. Had for three weeks And still not able to use the system

    I don't know if it is faulty or poorly programmed, but it ignores directions, and even fails to turn the tv or other programs off. It is constantly stating a lack of Internet connection, which is simply not true.

    The unit is great when it works. I've had to restore the programming twice in the first two weeks of owning it. The unit should not lose it's programming so easily. I would not recommend until reliability is improved.

    I would not recommend. The unit will not always send a signal to your components. Integration with PS3 is not good. Went back to my old Logitech remote.
