    A lot of trouble with syncing. TV turns off by itself . Geek Squad installed and have not been very responsive with problem. Will not deal with them again Spent $6,000 with them and not happy

    Regularly disconnects and does not function as expected. Usually just turns on the sound bar meaning the TV and Satellite still require their own remotes. Would not recommend

    Stopped doing what it is supposed to do. Tried to call geek squad where I was on hold for over 45 mins. Finally hung up. So much for support.

    Don't buy this. It quit working after 6 months. It also required frequent need to reset commands.

    I purchased the unit in April. I have a "white screen of death" before year end! Very disappointed given how expensive this item is. It should be reliable and long lasting.

    Only pro is charging stand other than that software is dated, super clunky and UI is slow. Apple TV has lag and is unusable. Returned for sevenhugs

    I tried for 4 hours to get the software to connect and nothing. I tried everything and nothing worked. Terrible software. I returned it.

    Overly complicated to use and if you don't get it setup correctly the first time, it's near impossible to fix. We returned this.

    I will never buy another harmony logitech remote it is hard to manage and not user friendly have had numerous problems with it turning on tv and then turning off receiver and vice versa

    I have owned 5 Harmony remotes and this one is way too sensitive. You can move it, without touching the screen, and it go from tv to Blu-ray. Just too sensitive

    Harmony Elite was never used because it was believed not to be as an effective of an remote control system compared to the Amazon Alexa Fire Cube.

    This is a terrible remote. We have been waiting on a replacement for several weeks. I would not recommend this.

    Not happy. Very tricky to use and was very complicated and unnecessary confusing. Better to use multiple remotes.

    Waste of money. Couldn't even download my Krell amps. Thank goodness for Best Buy return policy . I have a lot more to say but will leave it at that .

    Terrible. I was sold a lemon. Best Buy and Geek squad too busy to come out and fix it or replace it. Terrible service. I will never buy anything there again.
