    BestBuy adviser recommended this to integrate new tv with existing Bose sound system. Geek Squad cannot make it to work. Item returned.

    Does not connect to Amazon Fire

    Tried numerous, resets, logins, etc and could not get it to connect to one of my three different amazon fires.

    Bought this remote to replace our previous one - what a disappointment. Not intuitive at all. Hard to see the buttons. Returned it after 3 days.

      Hi Sbunks, sorry to see your Harmony Elite remote didn't work when you tried to start using it. It could have been that that unit was defective in production. Please return it if you haven't already to exchange for another remote.

    Had to return. Remote would not charge in the cradle. Internet search showed this was a common problem

    This remote is incredibly complicated to set up and the return period is too short. I hate it.

      Hello, Very sorry to hear that you're finding it too complicate to set up the Harmony Elite. With the capability to replace 15 remotes, the Harmony Elite can be complex and daunting. Logitech does provide a very comprehensive set up process that's very easy to follow. Here's a link to the Getting Started page:  https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/elite.     My old remote was much easier and more reliable!This one fails to turn on 2/3 components and I need to find the other remote controls to fix it.

    These remotes are an over complicated waste of money and always needs to be reprogrammed. Don’t bother with them

    My 10 year old Harmony 890 Pro can control my lights but the new Harmony Elite does not.

    Could not get my touch screen to work properly.

    Touch screen rarely worked the first time. Took it back to Best Buy which was a very bad experience. They were actually nasty at times.

    It wouldn't connect with my Denom Receiver, ROKU, or Samsung DVD player. It's not user friendly. Returning it the day after Christmas.

Next time, let us replace it for you as it comes with a 1 year warranty through Logitech. Simply just visit the support page for the device on the Logitech site in order to file a claim.
