Love this remote until my daughter's friend came over and cracked the screen. Now it is worthless.

Great remote. Seamless after 3 years and you can program easily yourself. Much better than the $1200 remote I replaced.

Very good remote. No battery indicator at first, when battery got low indicator came on and has remained on sense. Also the battery is replaceable. Charge last longer than the Ultimate Home I traded in.

I always had a harmony remote and this one is awesome! I loved the app and connection to Alexa. It was a little tricky setting it up but once it is done it function well.

I used to have a Harmony One; I loved that remote. For some unknown reason Logitech decided to discontinue the Harmony One. The only thing I like about the Harmony Elite is the ability to sync your remote without having to plug it into a computer every time. The touch screen on the Harmony Elite is too sensitive which makes it impossible to scroll through the options without hitting one of the virtual buttons. There are no hard number buttons making it impossible to type in a channel number without using the touch screen. I used to love having my favorite channels setup with icons that looked like the channel logo on my Harmony One. One touch and the remote would send the channel number or numbers to your system. It was one of my favorite functions of the Harmony One. On the Harmony Elite you can save 50 favorite channels the same way, but the icons are so tinyl that you can barely discern them. I used that function constantly on my Harmony One, and almost never use it on the Elite because I can barely see the icons. To make matters worse, every time I try and scroll through the touch screen I end up hitting one of the virtual buttons and the remote sends a command that I wasn’t trying to send. This is a very expensive remote control; for what it costs it should work at least as well as its predecessors, but it doesn’t. Save your money...THIS THING IS A REAL PIECE OF JUNK!!

I had an older harmony remote it was time for an upgrade I'm glad I did this remote works flawlessly with all my electronics

I've been working with technical support for seven months now, An issue that I've explained to them and verified with them is definitely a design problem. The remote software seems to have some incompatibility within itself, when the remote screen sleep time-out is set during normal use the unit becomes unresponsive for 30 - 60 seconds periodically. This is not acceptable at this price level.The advanced "white glove" support team is not able to fix the problem with a software update and they have not offered a suitable replacement...I guess because it can not be resolved without updating the hardware. I pointed the problem out to them after I became aware of the issue soon after purchase but they continue to tell me they are working on it...I am well out of the Best Buy warranty, my only hope is Harmony Logitech will stand by the product if this is not resolved. Very pricey for so so product.

Easy to program and easy to use. works with projector/receiver/PS5 and series X no issues at all.

Expensive, but the best remote out there. Works on all of my equipment. even obscure HDMI switcher.

Remote works great. Connects DirecTV, surrround sound, apps. All works seamlessly.

One stop shop for Universal Remote after initial setup. Worth the money if you have more than three remotes to handle at once.

I upgraded my Harmony Ultimate to the new Elite, it feels better than my other remote and the smart home integration is even better

What a colossal waste of money so far. If you're considering it, stop. I can promise you that the annoyance of managing multiple remotes on a coffee table pales in comparison to the infuriating dysfunction of Harmony. The remote, the remarkably limited customization, the app and just the overall logic is awful. It's bad enough that these "activities" only turn on properly half the time. What's inexcusable is that there is absolutely no way to make corrections programmatically (you CANNOT edit an input in an activity's start sequence). Again and again again, delete device, add device, delete activity, add activity.. try to outsmart Harmony, fail, repeat. I should have given up the minute I noticed that the first menu item in many of Harmony's app screens is "fix" or just a "?", which also means fix. NOTE: "FIX" does NOT address the actual problem by re-programming any process. 'FIX' is the afterthought, the manual switch to correct the symptom of the problem. it was a lot easier when we had and used any one of four different remotes around the room. They worked and there was always one pretty close by. With Harmony, one can't even do that because it's a guaranteed way to screw up Harmony's understanding of an activity's current status.
