    Not Happy!

    Geek Squad installed my "entertainment system", which include the Logitech Elite remote, on 07/07/2017. On the recommendation of the "experts," I purchased this universal remote. But less than 5 weeks into it, I'm calling Logitech because the remote will NOT charge. $279.99 + tax and, while Logitech is sending a replacement AC adapter, I feeling less than thrilled about my purchase.

    Save your money

    If you like changing the channel/input by accident? If you like having to re-sync all your devices each time you use it? If you like pressing buttons, only to have to go adjust the receiver anyway? This is the remote for you! It’s no wonder Logitech won’t let you review this on their own website. Save the boatload of money and use literally anything else.

    Headache

    This remote and system is riddled with issues and has since geed squad installed it. One issue after another and now the 90 day service period has passed and of course I can't get any support. Just spent 40 mins on hold at Logitech help line. I really wish I hadn't paid so much for this paper weight.

    This was the biggest waste of money. Logitech only gives you 90 days of customer support, after that you have to pay for help. This remote is very inconsistent during operations. Sometimes devices turn on sometimes they don’t or the wrong setting comes on for surround sound system. Has issues syncing. DO NOT waste your money!

    An Expensive Piece of Junk

    We have had Geek Squard out four times for the same problems. You have to turn it off more than once. If you play music then watch TV or Stream it goes back to Music on its own while watching TV or Streaming. The one star is for the design of the remote control.

    Terrible Product

    I purchased this remote on November 7, 2017 and the battery will not charge!! Fortunately for me this will come in 2 days before the expiration of the warranty, but this says a lot about how Logitech products are designed. 3 days later and I would be screwed!!

    Best Buys is still selling harmony at full price when Logitech says already announced has canceled the complete product line with no support. Gee Thanks Guys So much for supporting logitech with anything!

    Upped my blood pressure; never worked; I wanted to throw it through the (new) TV. I finally resorted to the good, old-fashion remote, which worked beautifully. Ahhhhh.

    Mac IOS 10.5 Users BEWARE

    Logitech does nit support Mac IOS 10.5 and above! I wasted a LOT of money on this remote and "smart" Hub and cannot use it now.

      Hello Monyet, we are so sorry to here that the Harmony Elite did not meet your expectations. The Harmony Elite system works with macOS X 10.7 - 10.14 for Online set up. The system was meant to control your component devices you have around your house, not computers unfortunately. The computer access is to help set up your custom features on the elite system.
