Logitech Harmony Elite remote control does a great job organizing all of my audio/video equipment. It has simplified use of these devices.

It's a great remote overall. The biggest negative was my experience purchasing it at Best Buy.

This universal remote is easy to set up and very easy to use. My wife loves that she can change the channel by using the app on her ipad.

Remote allows you to control all items with one remote to keep up with. Easy to work and figure out. Setup was pretty easy to figure out

Works well n a great way to get rid of all other remotes plus works with My Alexa

I've had a lot of Logitech remotes starting with the 880, 980, Ultimate and now the Elite. Prior to this, I'd say my favorite was the 980. From look and feel and easily customizable buttons it was downright simple to use. The Ultimate is a nice remote but the DVR buttons are misplaced and the curve is too much of a curve. The Elite takes the best of those 2 remotes and makes the best remote so far from Logitech. If I had any gripes it would be that the battery isn't quitenough where it should be. The 980 seemed to work for months before needing a charge. The ultimate and elite maybe a few weeks. Additionally they don't work whIle in the dock so if you don't have the dock near by for constant charging it is useless if ithe loses charge. Luckily I have the home hub allows you to your phone or tablet while you charge the remote.

Great remote that was very easy to use once I gathered all of my model numbers!!!

I bought this as part of a package recommended by my Best Buy consultant. (I also bought a Sony OLED TV, Denon receiver, speakers, etc.) The Geek Squad set it up for me. Most things work just the way I want, and it's a really handy way to turn on every piece of equipment when we want to watch TV. Something that bugs me is that PIP doesn't work with my setup, apparently, according to the Geek Squad guy who installed it. I watch a lot of sports, and I like to be able to monitor at least two games at the same time. I haven't had it long enough to find anything else that I don't like - maybe there isn't anything else.

Bought this item for my Father 70th Birthday as he uses 4 remotes. Sound System, Cable Box, Amazon Fire Stick & TV We even had geek squad come and set it up. Two hours of showing my father the in and outs my father was pleased. The sound system is out of date which my older sister surprised him with a LG sound bar. Over All he likes using one remote and having the option to add amazon devices. The issue is he needed to have someone go through the process aswell as my mother. I hate how much it costs due to this tech isnt new. I do like the fact I no longer have to hear my father complain using for remotes while learning new tech. Maybe next year introduce him to a tablet.

Absolutely fantastic remote. Out of all of the IR remotes for the Price, function ability, and performance this one is by far the best !

This is the best Logitech universal remote so far. The hub allows for excellent control of in-cabinet components, and it is noticeably faster than the older Harmony Ultimate remote. On the downside, the hub has locked up in the past, requiring a power cycle of the hub itself in order to get the remote working again. In addition, the PS4 controls are bluetooth based (in theory great), but this also means the remote attempts to pair with the PS4 on startup. If you don't turn the PS4 on (let's say you accidentally pick the wrong activity), your remote will get stuck attempting to pair with no way to exit pairing for a full 1-2 minutes before it finally times out and allows you to switch back to another activity. However, the latest firmware update seems to (so far) have mostly resolved the hub lockup issue, leaving only the bluetooth eccentricity as a current annoyance. Overall, still recommend.

So far we are enjoying th freedom we have with the one remote that controls our TV, sound bar and out of sight cable box. Great technology, we think!

My old Harmony 950 finally stopped working. This is a high quality remote that continues to deliver programmable, activity based buttons. It's highly customizable, down to the background pictures on the touchscreen. It flawlessly integrates my SONOS with the home theater and does a good job with our series 3 and 4 Apple TVs. The software is buggier than I'd like but with patience, this remote satisfies. My family loves it. We all see it as a significant upgrade from the older Harmony 950. On the downsides: 1) it is more expensive than I think it should be, though the quality is amazing. 2) software is buggy and it'd save a lot of time if it allowed you to copy an activity and edit it. E.g., my receiver and TV use the same settings on most music activities involving streaming. With no copying, I had to create lots of activities from scratch. All in all, this is one of our favorite A/V Items.

This is a very nice remote which I desperately needed as my old one was dying!

my 3rd Harmony remote and the best so far. Love the upright stand. No issues with devices in my media cabinet, and worked perfectly with my macbook.

This remote was a little hard o use at first, has small buttons. But it works well with the TV, Cable, and other products we purchased

Was easy to set up, and provided a simple one remote usage for my 84 year old mother. Now she can watch TV, or a VCR, or a DVD with just one remote.

Had the Savant Remote kit. After the remote fell apart due to poor production. I went to the harmony elite and never looked back... ;)

like it it is the best remote I have ever owned I would suggest it to my piers.
