This thing is awesome it controls EVERYTHING on my home stereo system, and I mean everything. One remote for tv, dvd, etc etc

We have our components in a separate room from the tv, this remote makes everything work simply. Everyone in the house can use it with ease

I have my components in a hall closet. This remote allows me to control even my OR remote only components through the drywall.

Just point and click and the remote walks you through the programming. A great buy!

I ended up taking the remote back. My boyfriend is very techy and can figure out how to setup almost everything. He was very frustrated with setting up the remote. It was neat to have a touch screen but we ended up using the original remote more anyway.

Works great and as advertised. Does not offer RF capabilities, just IR. IR blaster is very powerful and floods my entire equipment cabinet.

This is the best remote I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had several Harmony remotes in the past and this is the best of the best.

I bought this Harmony Elite as a backup to my current one I actively use. Silly, I know, but Logitech is officially out the the remote control business. I depend on my Elite so much, I was compelled to get a spare. I’m disappointed Logitech abandoned the remote control business. The Elite allows me to stream from my Apple TV, watch a DVD, or stream with the TV’s built-in apps with a SINGLE selection on the remote’s touch screen (I have an Anthem AVM60 pre-pro, a Panasonic UB900 4K UHD DVD player, and a Sony OLED TV). When I’m done, another single selection on the remote powers off all devices. Nice, heh? The Elite’s battery is user-replacable with a proprietary battery. Battery life is poor; I need to recharge the battery every 3 to 4 days, which is a bit inconvenient, but that’s not a deal breaker. I recommend this remote, even if it’s costly

The Hub is awesome, in that it can control a wider array of devices than remotes not containing one. I was having trouble with my Xfinity box not being responsive, unless I was right on top of it at first, but placing the hub right up against the front right corner solved the problem. Thought I wasn't going to like the fact that there were no physical number buttons, but after a little getting used to it, not an issue at all. Long presses to page up and down through a guide are flawless. Very well thought out and expertly engineered. Ergonomically, it feels good in the hand, and the most utilized buttons are placed in good spots. It even controls my new Vizio Elevate sound bar, which I wasn't sure it would do as seamlessly. You really can't beat Harmony for the universal remote. They are king. A little pricey, but it does everything you could possibly want.

Upgraded from harmony ultimate home and this is much nicer to use. Very fast and speedy response. Would be nice if battery stays on longer

Works seamlessly to navigate all of my equipment. Little to no lag. Incorporates smart tv app functions which the previous model did not.

Not my first logitech remote. This was easy to setup... Easy to use and, very full in features (as advertised). So, why not 5 stars?? Well, I have a Sony tv. When I went to set it up it insisted on operating the tv via wifi vs. IR. It wasn't an option. I was setting up the remote on a separate network so this was going to be a pain. Instead I set it up on the same network. It was constantly loosing it's connection to the TV. However, when it realized it was an issue the remote actually prompted me to switch to IR. So - I did and it worked fine. Why that wasn't an option on setup I have no idea. Hard to find any verbiage about it online so, hence the 4 stars. Logitech needs to do a better job with this kind of thing.

Easy to setup, can handle any combination of devices. Backlit keys and color touchscreen make it easy to use in dark room.

This is a great product for streamlining all remotes. Has capability of putting components in closet and out of sight with Harmony remote

The Harmony Elite is about my fifth Harmony remote. They have really improved the entire experience over the years. Setting up this system, which is probably my most complex to date, was actually the easiest. It found my components, could control many of them over network connections, and I was able to use IR emitters to control a couple others. The fact the remote communicates over a wireless connection rather than IR means it works well within the cabinet, keeping things looking tidy for my wife, who would rather things not be seen. The backlit keys are great... my only complaint is the removal of the number keys... I really prefer the hard button numbers for channel selection, but the ability to swipe the display, and get to a keypad, combined with the easy setup of favorite channel icons makes this less important... but I still prefer the hard buttons. The only other remotes I have every used that compare, are remotes available to professional installers, where the price to get the remote programmed will cost as much as this Harmony Elite.

So this is a "universal remote" that I needed to have the Geek Squad set up for me. I assume but can't say definitively that someone more tech savvy could do it themselves. That said, with a home theater system, cable, a DVD/Blu-ray and computer this remote replaced most of but not all of our remotes. For some reason, this rather expensive remote doesn't allow for voice activation that the remote that came with our new LG Oled did. Our biggest complaint is that the remote is so sensitive that any touch or movement can and does change channels or mode of operation. This makes for a frustrating viewing experience and I would be much happier to have to push buttons more firmly if it allowed me to watch something without unwanted interruptions.
