Have two and wouldn’t use any other model. Great Remote. Look for bundles to make the cost more reasonable.

Very easy setup compared to previous harmony remotes. Controls the FireTV and WiFi switches. Base station does the IR signal and such - so you don't have to point the remote. Overall great remote. Problems: 1. Touch screen is "touchy". Every time i grab the remote i seem to touch something on the touchscreen area. 2. Touch screen is also difficult to use - Unlike buttons you can press by feel, any function on the touchscreen makes me look at the remote and carefully tap my selection - if i am on the correct "screen" (see "touchy" above). 3. The skip ahead (and back) function is a "long press" of the fast forward (rev) button. Takes too long compared to a single press and, even less convenient, messes up the "press and hold to fast forward" on a lot of streaming apps. In essence, no way to fast forward.

Works great, easy to setup. Allows you to control more than just tv items, such as thermostat, lights, etc.

Feature rich, good distance! Works with everything! Happy I got this. Setup can be a pain, hang in it tho!

I have used previous models of Harmony for years. This new version is a little different & took some getting used to. Now that I am familiar with it I think I prefer it to the older version. Essentially, it combines remotes for all devices into one remote. There is minimal programming, mainly just watch tv, but accessing each device provides all the remote settings for that device. Sometimes gets confusing when I lose track of where I am in the menu system. Remote is very sensitive & can change settings just by slight movement or touch. Apart from those minor issues, very satisfied.

I love this remote! I can even link my phone through this and use it as remote from anywhere in the house!

Ok, so I was very skeptical about having a remote that claims it can do it all. Usually those remotes over claim and under perform and more hassle than they are worth BUT this remote is fabulous!!! It is almost impossible to get it out of sync (meaning that if something is turned off when it should be turned on, the remote has a feature that self diagnoses the problem and corrects itself). I have my equipment in the back of the room and run my video through my receiver inputs vs. through the tv, when I push the selection "Watch Bluray" it turns on the Bluray, switches my video inputs and everything is ready to go. Perfect for non-techy people (like my parents who are in their 70s) and perfect for those who like technology. Highly recommend!! Strongly recommend you have Geek Squad perform the initial set up - you won't regret it!!

I'm a 2 decade Harmony user. With all the flexibility and automation this top product offers, it is very hard to customize features to work with complex devices. Specifically, the Roku Ultra has only a few buttons. The Harmony has trouble replicating them. And I still cannot just advance the channel on my TV app directly yet. I'm sure it is possible. Maybe even easy. But it is far from obvious. With time, which is an expensive commodity, I may be able to fix it. Oh, and Echo devices can only control a SINGLE HARMONY HUB. So another plan I had will not work. Imperfect, but still the best.

I like the fact that I can touch 1 button all my component turn to correct setting. Also easy to set up.

Easy to use remote. Buttons are kinda small. Could be a little bigger so buttons would be better to see.

I wish the screen would lock so small children couldn't play with it when your not looking. Other than that I like it.

This remote is very easy to set up and the app is good although it constantly logs me out. The controller itself has nice backlighting and was able to connect to all of my devices fairly easily. The ability to have everything startup on the right inputs so you can watch a movie, for instance, is very nice and easy to set up as well. But, sometimes it does not turn off my projector and I have to go turn that off by hand. The battery life is acceptable but can be annoying at times but when it runs out. But, when that happens, you can just use your phone.

I bought this for my husband who loves gadgets! It completes our bedroom set-up and is so easy to follow

Its a great remote, works excellent with our movie theater set-up at our home.

Excellent remote with some caveats. This unit replaced a first generation Harmony One that finally bit the dust. Software transfer of the old remote settings was perfect. Has a good balance in the hand and hub made holding the remote for several seconds (and problems when someone walked in front of the IR transmission) a thing of the past. Logitech updates from the Windows software or remote itself (via the wi-fi connected hub) are well implemented. The battery remains user replaceable. The caveats: I prefer the lie-flat charger of the past, there are less dedicated buttons than the old remote (page up/down & next/previous track selections require holding each button for a few seconds), and the buttons are much smaller, less lit at night, harder to find, and arranged in a less intuitive format. The caveats aren't reasons to mark the ratings down--they do require user adjustment. Logitech offers a phenomenal recycling rebate program for old remotes--look it up on Logitech.com to ensure the new purchase will be in the time window. Best Buy will apply the rebate at the register.
