This is the best remote ever. The touch screen is very responsive. The integration into Smartthings is perfect.

Great universal remote, and Amazon Alexa integration makes it 10x cooler. The only issue I've yet to solve is making my Xbox One go to OneGuide (Live TV) automatically after starting the Watch TV activity. I've only tried a few things with it so far, and I'm hoping with a little more tweaking I can get it working. So far everything has been flawless otherwise, the mobile apps (both Android and iOS) are great and the PC/Mac app is also quite good and useful for advanced setup. A charge indicator on either the charging station or the remote itself would be a nice to have, as there isn't a way to tell the remote has finished charging. There is a battery charge indicator on the remote screen, but it doesn't seem to differentiate between charging/not charging so it's hard to tell if it's at 100%. Just changing the on-screen indicator to green once fully charged would be enough, hopefully this will be resolved by a software update from Logitech. This was a much needed replacement for a 10-year old Harmony 880.

The remote is great in theory but in practice is very finicky. Blaster must be glued in place. If they move if stops working. The activity feature dont always switch every unit on. Wife refuses to use it so I still have 10 remotes laying around the house.

I had the Logitech Harmony One and it was great until the screen cracked and the battery expanded and cracked the guts, so I replaced it with the Harmony Touch which turned out to be an extreme let down because of the lack of buttons for numbers and how awkward it was to hold. I also had this garbage IR blaster from years back that drove me crazy, so I finally decided to try this new Harmony Elite Ultimate remote with the harmony IR blaster included. This remote is perfect, it picks up every command flawlessly to all my devices in the closed cabinet in my living room. It just solved an issue I've been living with for more than 10 years with an old IR blaster system that cost me more than this remote years back. I love using it with the app on my phone (you don't need to go searching for the remote). It is much nicer to hold than the last generation of Harmony remotes. The battery life is great, the screen response is good, and the customizability is great. I highly recommend this remote, you won't be disappointed.

I got this remote to replace a harmony one and couldn't be happier. It's easy to program and works flawlessly.

I started with the Harmony 650 and 700 models and moved up to the Elite to expand my home automation. While not perfect, this is a nice remote control. Sometimes the remote is a little laggy and the screen responsiveness needs a little bit of work. Also, when using with the DirecTV DVR, the commands are delayed and I often will fly by the program when fast forwarding commercials. Setting up routines is nice on the app although sometimes the app is slow. The Alexa integration is nice, being able to turn on and off the TV and launch routines using voice. The performance isn't as great as the lower end models but the features this one has over those makes up for it. Hopefully continued updates will keep improving this product.

I have tried many different remotes over the years, many of them Logitech Harmony models. The brand and their remote products have gotten better with each iteration. This model works perfectly with just about anything I pair with with. My main home theater has 10 devices, all work perfectly. The only negatives I found were the relatively high cost and that the touch screen is not always responsive. I actually prefer and have the regular Harmony Home (lower model). It has physical buttons that work well without even looking at the remote. This model is necessary though if your setup has more devices you need to control. Overall, it is easy to setup and there is not much else available if you wish to control everything from a single remote.

I enjoy using the Harmony Elite remote because it handles all of the devices I have connected to my TV. It fits well in my hand and gives feedback when an LED option is pressed, so I know it took. I had a little trouble at first to get it to communicate with two devices but that was just a positioning issue with the IR blasters. I enjoy the ability to create my own tasks. The programming isn't that hard and there are templates. I was surprised to find that it can read my Roku and automatically offer the Roku options as LED options on the remote. It's somewhat intelligent in that it doesn't turn off devices shared by Activities when switching from one to another. I'm happier still that I didn't pay full price. I've put all of the individual remotes on a shelf.

Replaced the previous model with this one due to degraded battery performance. Would have preferred to use the previous until it broke but unfortunately having a non replaceable battery makes that impossible. Battery life was less than two hours after just over two years of use. Coincidently the issue arose just after the warranty period expired. The benefits of RF (hidden electronics closet) and the recent updates to the harmony software and interface justified the purchase for our family but still feels unnecessary for something as simple as a battery. This has been typical of other Logitech product support issues for me as well. If there was a comparable alternative I'd happily give them my money before Logitech.

This remote does everything that you can ask it to do. It maybe my best investment as of late.

Harmony remotes, in general, are the best remotes on the market. This just stepped it up a notch or 2. There is a little bit of a learning curve to using the software to program this, but only takes a short time to get used to. Once you have your equipment and your activities set, the remote will usually take care of the rest. On first use on a new activity, it will ask if everything operated as expected and, if not, will help fix the problem. It is easy to reconfigure/reassign hard or soft buttons to perform specific tasks at the device or activity level. The remote/hub also interface very well with Amazon Echo (Alexa). Almost everything you can do with a soft or hard button, you can have Alexa do for you. The only issue I have...this remote has 4 buttons to program smart home devices (lights, plugs, etc...). Logitech's device list is very limited and does not include any of the devices that I have.

I can use this device to also control my Nest, my lutron caseta lighting, set up scenes..very cool product

I owned two very old Harmony One remotes and needed to upgrade, though the were still working reasonably well except for battery life issues. But, with smart products and newer items utilizing Bluetooth, an upgrade was definitely in order. The Hub part of the setup is amazing. The overall setup of the remote was also extremely easy, though I was not able to come my old remotes due to issues with the sign in process ten years ago versus now. the setup using your iPhone is intuitive and super easy. I love this remote. Could not be happier! Works absolutely perfectly. I guess the only downside would be if your WI-FI was down, but generally that is during a power outage and you wouldn’t be grunge your entertainment system then anyway!
