Love, one remote for multiple devices, all behind a wood cabinet.

Easy to program though phone or computer working great very quick

I had a smaller Harmony controller for many years without complaint but when this model Harmony went on sale I could not resist it. I am very glad I upgraded. My new Harmony Elite is fantastic. If you already have a Harmony it just copies the controls from the old remote to the new one with one click but you can edit those controls as they get copied over. What really won me over is you can control this remote using Alexa. I can now say "Alexa, turn on the TV" and the remote follows my preset commands to turn on the TV, cable box and surround sound system. I can control the volume and channel using my voice. I do not even touch the remote anymore. If you have to program it from scratch there is plenty of help built in and they supply a phone number to call if that is not enough.

I had a Harmony 900 that I have been using for about 10 years now. It was starting to show its age, and I had recently picked up a couple new devices that had nice integration with the Hub based line of remotes. That coupled with a 10 year modernization of my theater room meant it was time to upgrade. The remote is great, even better than my original one. I love the ability to easily operate and set the level of my lights right from the buttons without needing to switch screens. The app based setup is much easier and quicker than the older PC based setup of my 900. All in all a very worthy upgrade that I’m extremely happy with.

It's a good product. It does everything that I need and then some.

Having owned two previous universal Harmony remotes, I was expecting great service using this in my home theater. My only disappointment is only with the short battery life. Have had to leave this in the charging stand as we tried to use it to watch a movie and it was dead. Until it got enough of a charge, we had to delay our movie watching that evening. It now resides permanently in the charging station and I hope that this does not shorten its life expectancy. Time will tell.

Remote works great and easily moves between devices without issue

Good remote and connects 7 of my devices across the wall. But it's not fully reliable as sometimes miss some commands and have to press again. Overall a good buy, hopefully it will improve in next version

Harmony Elite delivers as stated! Easily combines multi products for 1 button action... amazing actually! ALEXA skill enables ALEXA to work with Harmony controlling basic TV functions. SONY 930D Android TV. One disappointment I feel should be mentioned is lack of consistent performance. Majority of interactions are perfect; yet, many times 1 device will not auto turn on with group set up.. Namely the TV... one extra step to go to Device, Sony TV, and turn on manually. While this does not make sense, it is reality. Overall Harmony is simply amazing. It achieves to the detail multi device functions!

Logical controls,rechargeable battery, no lag time. What more could you want?

Got this on sale so was happy about that, but after a few months of use I'm liking it even more. Touch screen is readable and although not a speedy response, does work well. So far it handles every thing I've connected except for the monoprice hdmi switcher. It switches to the TV on port 1 easily but has trouble forcing the switch to other ports. Have to try introducing a delay in the command sequence between the dvd player and the hdmi switch to see if that helps. Only complaint is that I have to remember to use my phone to program the remote. All in all.. A great purchase will cool factor!

Like this for the most part but buttons are a bit too small and sensitive and functions can change when you really don't want them to. Overall design could be improved.

I use this in my media room and works more than my expectations.

This remote is my second Harmony and it is everything excepted and wanted.

Highly recommended . Took a little time to set up but it's a great remote.

Remote worked as advertised and was a good buy with the Logitech trade-in.
