Bought this remote and made my life a lot easier..

Was so easy to program. Very pleasantly surprised.

nearly impossible to see keys in a dim / dark room. I still have to use another remote for many xfinity functions. It would be better if it had a larger screen that was a tough pad.

I have several of there remotes and this one works very well.

I have purchased 3 Harmony remotes, and I am happy with each one. Setup is relatively easy, provided you have the model numbers of each device and know which input each device uses. Harmony remotes allow you to set up devices (sound bars, Roku, Apple TV, bluray, cable boxes etc.) and create activities uses those devices. For example, an activity called Watch Apple TV would turn on the tv, the Apple TV, the sound bar, etc. and set the proper inputs...all with the touch of one command "watch Apple TV." It does take a little fine tuning and from time to time the devices will get out of sync with the remote, but the FIX command most always fixes the issue with ease. Once you understand how it works, and what might get it out of sync, it is a very awesome remote!

I've been using the Logitech Harmony remotes since 2004. My first remote was the 659. Then in 2010 I upgraded to the Harmony One. I've dropped it plenty of times but the last time it landed on it's face and damaged the display. After 7 years I figured it was time to upgrade again. Since I have an Amazon Echo I bought the Harmony Elite and it was great. Setup was easy. I was able to copy over the settings from my previous remote. I had a small issue but after calling Logitech support, they helped me fix the issue and it's been fine since. Using it with Alexa is real cool. I walk into the room and tell Alexa to turn on the TV. I can then tell her to change the channel. I'm real happy with my purchase.

Great features. A little challenging to download and setup software. My use case had me moving from an older Logitech system to this new model. The account system has changed. It took just a bit to figure out the transition so I could use my old settings on the new remote. Once that was done, it was great. The remote is more ergonomic than my previous. The color screen is easy to read, not to bright at night and easily read during daylight. Price point on these devices is still too high, but, for the convenience it is a great buy.

I had the Harmony remote before and I love this new remote.

I recommend this product to people who have more than a tv.

The remote is pretty intuitive and easy to set up. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to cycle through an "activity". I have to keep pointing the remote at my TV for a few seconds before it turns on/off. Sometimes it fails to turn a component on and I have to go into the devices and manually power it on/off. Otherwise it serves it's function well. It could use a few more blasters.

You get a very nice looking product for a very good price!!

I've had a non-hub Logitech remote for years. This upgrade to one with a hub is nice. The IR dongles make the activities more consistent. I used to always have problems with it turning on my TV and sending commands to it ... no longer. I also like that I can program the remote from my phone and use it as a remote also. The charging stand is a nice addition. I still find that the interface for tweaking the activity setup is hard to use if you are trying to do anything out of the ordinary.

So I've been trying the various generations of harmony remotes from back in 2010. Always hated them. The whole activity thing was just far too cumbersome and far too much work/effort for simple functions. Being a best buy junkie...I'm always looking for something to buy...and sure enough I thought OK let's try this years version... So glad I did! Logitech finally has got it straightened out with the activity function. The whole interface is a million times improved. Being able to program with the remote/ipad is awesome. The Harmony app is also great. I am using a home theater with maybe 10 devices. Anyways...definitely recommend. If you tried the harmony remotes in the past and weren't impressed, try again, this might win you over.

I went with professional installers when my new home was built. Speaker installation and speaker selection are spot on. The recommended URC wireless remotes - thumbs down. With URC you have no way of programming the remotes yourself, you're at the mercy of the authorized installer mob. $ervice call anytime you add devices or otherwise modify your settings. Picked up the Harmony Elite from BB, while it was on sale,after serious research and reading reviews. This was SO EASY to set up, and it is so simple to use. Beats the URC in each and every category - setup, price, support, flexibility, expandabality... you name it. I can't be happier with my decision to switch. Absolutely the best remote control I have ever experienced.

I bought this when I heard that logitech was discontinuing their universal remote product line, but would continue to support them. Our old logitech remote was several years old, but was still working fine. I decided to purchased a new remote with a hub and it is great. I now do not have to point the remote to the devices. The remote controls the TV, Receiver, DVD player, Apple box, uverse, etc. I don't understand why logitech is discontinuing these remotes as they are the best universal remotes that I have used over the years.
